Harry groaned as he shut off his alarm clock. It was still dark outside and all he wanted to do was fall back asleep, but it was his day to work at the studio. You had left for the next leg of your tour last night and Harry was already missing you. He knew it was stupid and he didn't want to see obsessed or possessive, but he wanted you there with him or at least in the same city.

But he tried not to show it or call you all the time because this was exactly what you had warned him about. He knew being away from you would be hard, but he didn't know it was this bad and it had only been like eight hours. Finally, Harry pulled himself out of bed and walked into the bathroom. He turned on the shower and waited till the water was warm before he got inside. He quickly washed his hair and his body before rinsing off and getting out.

He dried off with a towel before wrapping it around his waist and heading over to his closet. He got dressed and finished getting himself ready before heading out the door. He stopped by the nearest coffee shop on his way to the studio to grab drinks for everyone.

While he waited for his order, he remembered standing there in the same spot just a few days ago and how he had seen you for the first time. That moment seemed like so long ago, yet it was only a week ago. It was weird to think of all that happened between the two of you for just a week.

He grabbed his order when they called his name and headed on his way to the studio. Once he was inside, he handed everyone their order and saved Nick's for last.

"Ah, there he is," Nick said taking his coffee order. "I was afraid you wouldn't be in today."

"Why?" Harry asked confused.

"Because little miss Y/N left last night right?" He smirked. "I'd figured you'd be so heartbroken you wouldn't be able to get out of bed."

Harry rolled his eyes. "She did leave, but I'm not that hung up on her."

"I'm just teasin' ya, Harold," Nick smirked. "But seriously, what exactly is going on with you two now that she's gone."

Harry bit his lip. "We're together, but we're taking it slow and still getting to know each other."

"Aww," Nick smirked. "But seriously, you seem happy with her and I'm glad it's working out so far, especially since you're a creepy fanboy."

"Fuck off," Harry laughed.

Nick laughed and went to his seat at the microphone. It was Harry's day to sit in on the show, so he went to his seat and put on his headphones. The majority of the show went by normally. Playing songs, talking about what's going on in the music world, etc, but then Nick decided he was going to embarrass the fuck out of Harry.

"So, before we play the next song, I'm gonna send out a bit of a dedication to it," he said. "Not sure if the other person is listening, but our intern Harry has a song he'd like to dedicate to someone special."

Harry looks over at him and shakes his head as his face starts to get red.

"Soooo, if you're listening, Harry wants you to know he had the time of his life with you and he's like a little lovesick puppy now that you're gone... anyway, here's Time of My Life...." Nick smirked.

Harry shook his head and his face was completely red now.

You were now on the next leg of your tour and you were exhausted. As much as you loved touring, you didn't love the toll it took on your body. It was a little less daunting when the cities were closer together or at least in the same time zones, but cities that were closer together also meant you had more shows in a row than when you all had to travel further.

You and the girls had just walked off stage and were in the car headed back to the hotel for the night. You would be leaving in the morning to head to the next city, but you were happy to be getting some sleep soon.

"Y/N! Have you seen the video Nick posted online of Harry?" Rachel asked.

"No, what is it?" You asked.

"Apparently Nick dedicated a song to someone special in Harry's life... aka you... and Harry got so embarrassed and flustered... it's adorable," she smiled.

You laughed looking at her phone and you couldn't help but giggle when you saw him. You were missing him, which in a way was pathetic because you literally just met him a few days ago and you were slowly becoming head over heels for him. It had been a bit since you've spoken to him, which sucked but most nights since you left London had been super late.

But that night, you were going to try calling him or at least sending a text. When you got back to the hotel, you quickly undressed and jumped in the shower. Once you were out, you wrapped yourself in your robe and went over to the bed. You grabbed your phone as you laid there and typed out a text.

"I had the time of my life with you too," You sent.

You weren't expecting a response since it was so late, so you got under the sheet and blanket and turned on some music while you settled in. You waited a few minutes just in case Harry was up and texted you back, but after a bit, you couldn't fight your tired eyes any longer and quickly fell asleep.

**

Harry was out with Nick and their group of friends. None of them were letting the whole "special someone" thing go and kept bombarding Harry with questions. He, of course, wasn't answering them because no one was to know about your and Harry's relationship, well at least for now and then only your super close friends and family. It was just easier that way, especially since you two were still too fresh.

"Oh shit," Nick coughed after a bit.

"What?" Harry asked looking over at him.

"Uh, you're never going to guess who's at the bar right now," Nick said.

Harry looked at him confused before following his gaze and laid eyes on the last girl who broke his heart... his ex and she was staring right at him with a certain look in his eyes.

**

As soon as Harry got the stare of his ex, he rolled his eyes and down what was left of his drink. She began walking towards him and he knew this wasn't going to be good. It had been over six months since she broke his heart and she was the last person he wanted to see ever again. The two of them had an intense relationship. They were together for over three years and he honestly believed she was the one. The one he would get married to one day and have children with. The one he'd grow old with and have a life with. Well, he thought those things until he found out she had been sleeping with someone else for the last year of their relationship.

Looking back now, Harry wasn't heartbroken over losing her specifically, but over what he thought he had with her. Most everyone wants to be with that one special person and hopes they live happily ever after and he believed he found that person... so when he realized he hadn't that was what broke his heart.

However, after meeting you, he knew he was back on the right track in finding that person.

"Harold, I thought it was you over here," she smiled closing the distance between her and him.

"It's Harry and here I am," he said flagging down the bartender for another drink.

"Make that two," she smirked.

Harry rolled his eyes. "What do you want Lily?"

"Can't a girl just come and say hello to an old lover?" She said. "Without wanting anything?" She ran her hand up his arm and he shrugged it off.

"As long as that girl isn't you then yeah," he said.

"Oh, come on... don't be like this, Harry," she said moving closer to him. "It's been ages since we broke up, surely you've moved past that and we can be friendly..."

"I have moved on," he nodded. "But that doesn't mean we have to be friendly."

She sighed. "You were always a stubborn ass."

"Don't you have some guy to go home to, Lily?" Harry interrupted.

"I don't actually, but I am looking at the guy I'll be leaving with tonight," she smirked whispering in his ear.
