"Hey!" I shouted out to Steven, but all of the sudden, Cheryl bumps into me and runs to hug Steven's arm. Steven didn't even pay attention to me...

How rude.

Also, another time this past week...

"Uh, Steven, I need some advice on this-" I was about to say before Cheryl cut me off by running off her mouth when she put herself in front of me, which by the way, E-CU-ME, but I was here first!

"HEYSTEVENSINCEIMNEWHEREINEEDHELPONALOTOFTHINGSCANYOUHELPME!!!"

And you know what Steven said?

"Sure!"

Like did he just disregard me?

BRUH I WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.

I laid on the couch in the HQ, sighing heavily. I really need a break. But, I didn't expect myself to be this jealous. Like yeah, MAYBE I DO LIKE HIM, but I can't let my private life get in my work. However, it's not working.

Jay then suddenly came, trying to balance a water bottle on my forehead, until I purposefully took it and drank it.

Jay then laughed out loud and sat down next to me.

"Hey, you've been down in this week, what's wrong?" Jay said first.

"A lot of things, including me," I replied.

"Pfft, you're like the best human I know haha."

"Sureeeee."

"Anyway, you down to hang tonight?"

"Hang where?"

Did I mention Jay is becoming one of my best friends?

"Meh, anywhere, as long as it's not in my house."

"Hmmm, I don't know, I'll have to check."

As I scrolled through my phone, Steven then suddenly came to us, smiling at us, but I know Steven. He may be smiling, but his eyes aren't.

"Ah, hello, what's going on?" Steven said, and I think I just got chills on my spine.

"Oh, since you're busy with Cheryl over there, I'm gonna take (Y/n) to go somewhere fun," Jay answered, and for a second, I just saw a pretty scary glare coming from Steven.

"Oh really? Seems like fun," Steven commented and just walked away.

Isn't he jealous or anything? Wow, what am I thinking? He has his own life too. He's been especially busy with Cheryl so I can't argue with that.

I breathed out a long sigh, and Jay seemed to notice, so he patted my head.

"I don't know what you're thinking right now, but I'm sure you'll push through it," Jay said.

"I hope so," I answered back.

"Okay, so where do you want to hang then to relieve your troubles?"

"Let's go to a cafe and could we go to the bookstore because I need to shop for some books?"

"Wow... you are really interesting."
