(10 years later...)
(3rd POV)
"Mom! Dad! Look what I can do!" Hayden, Steven's and Y/n's 6-year-old son excitedly shouted as he ran around the house to find one of his parents on this lovely afternoon.
Hayden ran to the kitchen, where (Y/n) was making dinner for the family, with her wearing her favorite apron that Steven bought her and humming a very familiar tune to Hayden's ears.
"MOM!" Hayden shouted at his mother.
"Hey Hayden, what's up kiddo?" (Y/n) smiled at the boy, with his hair similar to Steven's hair but with (Y/n)'s eyes. He looked a lot more like Steven if you asked her.
"Mom, I can do magic with my hands!" He giggled, and he demonstrated for his smiling yet surprised mother.
As he did, he let out some sparks fly out like stars on a clear night. (Y/n) was excited to tell the news to Steven, but he was sleeping since he's been taking care of their little princess Kayden at 5 in the morning.
(Y/n) lifted up her little prince and spun around, kissing the giggling boy's cheeks, and saying "I'm so proud of you, my little prince."
She then let the boy down to the ground and squatted down to his level.
"Mom, where's Dad?" Hayden said while looking around to find his father.
"Dad still is asleep, he's been taking care of Kayden since late at night," (Y/n) explained.
"Okay, when dad is awake," Hayden continued, "Can I tell him?"
(Y/n) hid her laugh and looked at the boy with genuine loving eyes, "Of course you can my dear."
"Yay, also Mom, can I help you cook?" The excited boy said, "It looks really fun!"
"You know what? I'm excited to cook with you too! Here, get on this stool so you can help me," she said and slid a stool to Hayden.
He then quickly got up, and the two started to cook their time away.
What they didn't notice though, was that Steven quietly walked downstairs with their little 4-year-old princess in his arms, wide awake. (Y/n) and his little prince didn't notice him and Kayden, so he looked at Kayden and put his index finger near his mouth and said "shh." Kayden was indeed a bright little girl, as she copied her father's actions and understood what he meant. She looked a lot like her mother, with her facial features and her hair matching her mother's.
He loved the moment right now. He took out his phone and quietly snapped a picture of his loving wife and one of his kids and realized that he never will regret this life.
Kayden tapped on his shoulder and looked at her with a small grin on his face.
"Daddy," Kayden whispered to Steven, "What are Mommy and Haydie doing?"
He found it so adorable that Kayden couldn't call her brother 'Hayden,' so she shortened it to 'Haydie." Since their names were a bit similar, she's referred to herself as 'Kaydie' and he thought it was even cuter.
"Mommy and Haydie are cooking for both of us to eat dinner," Steven whispered back to her.
"Can we surprise them?" Kayden replied.
"You know what? Yeah, we should."
So, they quietly sneaked up on the two. Fortunately, the other two was oblivious to their plan, so you can tell it was perfect when Steven and Kayden yelled out a 'BOO!' and both (Y/n) and Hayden screamed like their life depended on it.
