Nice of you to finally join us Mr.Lester the teacher sneers as whatever his name walks into the classroom taking a seat a row ahead of me as the teacher drones on.
"As I was saying"He shoots Lester the death stare. "We're leaving next week for those of you who turn in these slips that Louise passes out" as if on cue she stands up right before he finishes and hands them out" "Phil," the teacher says to the kid that was late to a class who has been raising his hand. I roll my eyes as he replies
"Leaving for what sir"
"Disney World Senior road trip I'll be emailing the details later"Great I thought a drive from Cali to Flordia why can't we go to the one here
After that, the bell rang and Phil was on his phone asking someone about babysitting making me miss what happened with "Stryker" on Saturday night.
I head to the lunch room where people were looking at the pictures from the mascarade ball on the schools' website my friend Chris looked at me then asked
"Dude is this you"I almost spit out my water when I saw a picture of me and the guy kissing.
"That's not me sorry to disappoint Chris" I denied in a shaky voice.
"What every you say Danny poo" Chris cooed pinching my cheeks while I swatted them away.
I looked over to Pj who was in deep conversation with the guy from earlier whose name I can't remember for the life of me.
For years Pj and Chris haven't said if they were a couple or not but it seems like they are from things they do that they swear are jokes like how right now Chris is snaking his arms around Pj's waist pleading for Pj to pay attention to him instead of the tall figure Pj was speaking to. Instead, the tall guy came up and it came clear to me that is bright pink hair is freshly dyed. He stuck out his hand and I stuck out mine as he gripped in and spoke in a clear voice "Hello my name is Phil whats yours"
"Da-a-ann" I stuttered.
He let out a cute chuckle and asked if I was a friend of PJs and I replayed with a "yeah".
"So Pj's coming over and by the look of it Chris is also" he moved his shoulder and gestured to Pj playing with Chris's hair. "Would you like to join us?"He seemed too confident that I would say no but I proved him wrong and I accepted his offer. He broke into a smile and said "Great meet by my locker at the end of the day? I'm 579"
"Actually I'm 580 did you just switch?"
"Yeah"
I smiled bigger than I ever have except for the time I kissed the mysterious stryker.
Phil
Dan and I headed to lunch with Chris and Pj were wrestling around on the way there and are currently being scolded by Mr.Pine who Dan and I have next period. My little sister Savannah is having a sleepover tonight with one of my teacher's kids so I invited the three over for a while. Dan is rambling on about the fault in our stars.
"I'm just saying the movie is not like the book and it annoys me" he repeating for the millionth time it's so cute how he gets fired up like this. We talked until Pj and Chris showed up laughing. Dan turned to Pj who sat down next to him and asked "So what happened"
"What happened last night is between us would be none of your concern"Chris mumbled smiling knowing that those jokes were getting old but before I could say the bell rang signaling for us to go to our last class of the day.
Dan and I walked over to Mr.Pine's room both taking a seat in the back we both talked through class until the bell rang and with both walked towards the lockers as close as we could without physically touching.
A kid I know recognize as Alfie whispered "Faggots" to us as Chris was walking by. That was a big mistake on his part as Chris punched him in the face getting himself detention making Pj stay behind but promised they would come over later and spend the night.
Dan was looking down and muttered "I could just go home if you want we don't ha-" I cut him off and put my arm around him and spoke kind of loudly
"Why would I want that Danny boy" We both laughed me not moving my arm looked down as he looked up with a look that keeps me alive. Well except for Savanah.
Dan
It's now obvious to me that I am completely and utterly in love with Phil Lester. We got in his car and drove over to his house and set up a fort for when Pj and Chris arrive. We sat around talking about what we should do tonight as he picked up a guitar-strumming quietly to himself a song that sounded somewhat familiar to me. Chris and Pj arrive a little while later and we play Mario Cart I was winning but not by a lot Phil was right up behind me. I heard Chris making a bet to Phil
"Phil if you beat Dan I'll pay for pizza tonight" I heard Phil laugh and let out a your on.
As the turtle guy on the screen held up a sign signaling it being the last lap Pj was crashing into a wall Chris was in 5th and Phil and I maintaining our places in 1st and 2nd. Until right before we crossed Phil leaned in like he was about to kiss me causing me to drop my remote as he held his in his other hand holding down the "2" button and crossing the like as I scrambled down to get mine and suddenly having to catch up to Pj finishing 12th. As Chris went to order a pizza.
Sorry this is so scrambled I promise you the writing will get better as it goes on and get longer
