Second Chance?

Melissa's POV

I am so excited today it's Chris' first day of actual shooting even though he is no saying anything. I am really happy he got the part. He's super nice and he is easy to get along with. He's practically all of the casts best friends now. I was snapped out of my trance.

"Melissa hair and makeup!" someone shouted.

We are filming when Kara slash Supergirl finds Mon-el in the pod. I was walking to hair and makeup until someone decided to scare me.

"Boo!" said the person grabbing my sides and tickling me.

"What the heck..." I say turning around. "Hey Chris! Never do that again." I say happily but then go serious that wasn't funny.

"Sorry Mel... wait can I call you Mel or do you prefer Melissa, this is totally unprofessional. I am not here to scare and tickle co-stars... stupid." He says stuttering and mumbling. "Wait did I say that out loud... shit." He said quietly.

"Hey Chris it's okay you can call me Mel." I said but him calling me that reminded me of Blake I got to call him later. "Come on let's go to hair and makeup." We walk to the trailer and we talk a bit. I learn that he has a dog named Drift so I told him about Farley.

"We definitely need to have a doggy play date!" Chris says laughing. We arrive at hair and makeup and get ready. I snap a picture of Chris and I while we are getting ready. I post it on insta and caption the photo 'Chris' first scene with no lines😂 best co-star ever'. The show has already announced Chris got the part as Mon-el so this picture will be okay. My phone started to explode with notifications.

Well Blake's gonna be mad but I am giving him a second chance and it's gonna be on my terms.

Blake's POV

Hanna stayed over and it was great. My phone started blowing up. It was a picture of Mel and that guy she kissed. Chris Wood or something or is it Charles I don't know. I was literally crushing my phone in my hand.

"Blake are you good?" Hanna asked.

"Fans think our significant others are dating." I say gritting my teeth.

"Oh I really need to break up with Chris. You should break up with Melissa." she says.

"It's different Hanna I love you but Mel and I are married." I say.

"Well then why are you committing adultery? It would be easier to divorce her so nothing happens right?" she says looking at me.

"Good point but... I like being sneaky." I say grabbing her hand and pulling her into a kiss. One thing led to another...

Melissa's POV

We finished shooting today so I walked to my trailer to get ready to leave until someone called my name.

"Mel! Hey Melissa wait up!" said someone. I turn to see Chris running after me. "I was wondering if you wanted to go to get some coffee I really would like to get to know you."

"Sounds good I want to get to know you too! Separate cars though or we will raise some rumors that we both don't need." I say the picture was already bad enough.

"Yeah okay..." He says kind of disappointed. "See you in a few! I will text you the address!" He says jogging to his car.

"Chris I hope you know I don't have your number!" I yell.

"Oh right..." he says running back to me. I laugh he's such a dork. We exchange numbers and then go our separate ways. I get the address from Chris and I start making my way to the cafe. I pull out my shades and my hat before walking out my car. I really don't like the paparazzi. I walk in the cafe and sit at a table because Chris isn't here yet. I look up every time I hear the bells jingle. I smile when I see him walk in.

"What way did you take I got stuck in traffic!" He said.

"I followed my GPS!" I said laughing.

"So as you know I have a dog named Drift he's amazing. Um well I was born in St. Louis Missouri but was raised in Dublin, Ohio. When I was a kid I would write my own plays and putting them on with my sister and our friends." He says. "I also am dating  this amazing girl Hanna Mangan-Lawrence. Oh and I kissed Ian Somerhalder look it up." He says laughing. "It was sloppy and wet because it was raining."

"Well ugh I have a dog named Farley she's amazing. I was born in Littleton, Colorado. I love to sing and dance. I love acting as well. I performed anonymously at Disneyland for three summers with the Academy of Theatre Arts, a musical theatre school located in Littleton. I am most well known for Supergirl but I also played Marley Rose in Glee which was fun. Interesting thing is I love to break out into song with Jeremy so I hope you can sing!" I say with a smile.

"Well I officially think that we know each other!" Chris says happily.

"I forgot something, I have an amazing husband *eye roll* Blake." I say.

"I totally saw that Mel what's up?" He says.

"Blake got mad because we kissed okay and he called me a bitch when I told him it was acting." I say quietly so no one overhears. "I don't know what to do I want to give him a second chance."

"Well give him a second chance, if he blows it he's at a loss because your amazing." He says. I blush a very bright shade of red.

"So I guess a second chance." I say.
