Black Range Rover hit by a truck at the intersection of Washington and Trenton. Two people in the car a male in his twenties and a female in her twenties. The male is unconscious and the woman is unconscious and losing a lot of blood.
At The Hospital
The crash victims are identified as actors Chris Wood and Melissa Benoist.
Benoist suffers from internal damage the extent is unknown until surgery. She has multiple broken ribs and concussion. Possibly a broken wrist and a minor fracture in her skull. Luckily there is no brain damage. The large gash on her forehead will need stitches.
Wood is more fortunate with just a concussion and a broken leg. There is bruising on the ribs and a large gash on his arm that will require stitches.
In Surgery
Melissa
The patient has suffered from internal bleeding. She's losing too much blood. We are losing her. She's flatlining.
Beeeeeeeeeeeeep.......
Charge the paddles.
CLEAR!
Charge them again.
CLEAR!
Beep beep beep...
Nine hours later...
The internal bleeding has been stopped. The patient is now in a coma. There is a chance for a full recovery.
