nyctophobia - fear of the dark

"You sure you wanna leave Sasuke, it's raining pretty hard out here." You asked as you looked up Sasuke, who was looking out your front door. It was pouring raining outside, occasionally loud thunder was heard and the once blue now black sky would lit up from lightning.

"I don't think it would be so, safe if you left." You added.

"Hn." Was all Sasuke said afterwards he walked back into your house. You cheered internally you loved when Sasuke stayed the night at your house. You then closed the door behind yourself, then you walked back into the house.

"Sasuke, where did you—" You were then interrupted when Sasuke came out of nowhere and smoothly swept you off your feet. You gasped when he did.

"Sasuke? Where did come from?!" He did answer you, he just smirked at you.

"You scarred me, Sasuke." You looked up at him with a frown. While you frowned at him, he smirked at you.

"What are you smirking at, Uch-" Before you finished your sentence, Sasuke kissed roughly kissed your lips — which took you by surprised but you kissed him back.

Sasuke then started to walk to your room, as he did so he never stopped kissing you. When he walked into your room, he gently laid you down on the bed he laid on top of you.

He quickly broke the kiss, he leaned over to the lamp he's intention was to turn off the light but you stopped him. "Wait, keep it on."

"What?" He looked down at you with a confused look on his face.

"J-Just keep the light on, Sasuke." You whispered. He nodded his head at you, then he kissed your lips again.

He pulled your shirt off and threw it across your room. He wrapped his arms around your waist.

He moved down from her lips, he began to kiss and suck on her neck. You closed your eyes and moaned softly as he did so.

"I love you, Sasuke." You told him as you ran your fingers his hair. "I love you too." He stopped kissing her neck, then looked into your eyes you did the same.

Moments later, you noticed that the lamp on your nightstand began to flicker. You began to get nervous, since you were afraid of the dark. At this point, your full blown attention was on the lamp. You were so nervous that you began to shake.

'Please, don't go out, please don't go out.' You repeated over and over in your head. Then suddenly, the light stopped flickering because it had completely gone out.

You sat up then pushed Sasuke off of you.

"What's wrong?" Sasuke questioned you, sounded concerned ( as he should ).

You ignored him as your heart had started to beat faster than before. Tears started roll down your cheeks. 

"Y/N, what's wrong?" Sasuke asked you again. You cried harder in fear of Sasuke laughing at you, because you were afraid of the dark. You didn't want him to laugh at you, you knew he would if you told him.

"Y/N, what's wrong?" Sasuke repeated himself, but this time he was a bit louder. "N-Nothing." You shook your head.

"Tell me what's wrong?" He said again, this time he was more sterner.

"I-I-I'm a-afraid of th-the dark, S-Sasuke." You stuttered. Usually when you got like this, it was difficult for you to speak.

"Why didn't you tell me before?"

"I was afraid, t-that you were gonna laugh at m-me." You croaked. Sasuke then pulled you closer to him. He wrapped his arms around you, you laid your head on his chest. You still continued to cry.

"Everything is going to be alright." Sasuke whispered in your ear as he soothingly rubbed your back. He was attempting to calm you down.

"I've got you, don't worry." He whispered again in your ear. "I'm here for you, Y/N."

'Who the fuck is this and what have they done with my Sasuke?' You thought to yourself. You expected him to act totally different from how he was acting now.

You really did expect him to make fun of you.

"You're such a loser." Was what you imagined him saying, but instead he was saying nothing but sweet things. You smiled softly to yourself.

"Are you alright now?" You heard his monotone voice ask. "A-A little." You whimpered. He nodded his head at you. Moments later, you kept him move off the bed.

"I'll be right back." He told you. "No! Don't leave me here alone, Sasuke." You cried then you stood up on the bed, "Take me with you."

He groaned then picked you up as if you were a baby, you wrapped your arms around his neck then your legs around his waist. "W-Where are you doing?" You buried your head into the crook of his neck.

He didn't answer you, he just kept walking until he got into the kitchen. All you could hear was him doing through and rummaging your kitchen draws and cabinets, you were very confused.

"Sasuke what are you going?" Again, he didn't answer you. You sighed softly at him.

"You're still shaking." He finally spoke.

"Well, yeah, that's because I'm still scared."

"Hn."

"What does that mean?" He shook his head at you, then started walking back to your room. When he arrived back to your room, he sat you back on the bed.

You then heard the sound of glass being placed on your nightstand. Moments later, you heard the sound of a match being dragged quickly across a match box ( i have no idea what the thing is called lol ) you then saw a small flame. Quickly Sasuke lit the candle that was on your nightstand.

"Ooh." You slowly nodded your head at him. "Thanks." You then laid your head on his chest. He wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Are you alright now?"

"Yeah, a little." You whispered then closed your eyes. "Good." He kissed you cheek. You smiled softly to yourself.

"Thanks for not laughing at me."

"Just because I didn't laugh at you now doesn't mean I won't later." He smirked. You frowned at him. "You're such a bully."

"I know, I am." He continued to smirked. You playing rolled your eyes at him.

"Goodnight, you bully."

"Goodnight, you loser."
