I slowly opened my eyes at the sound of my alarm going off. I had to get up and edit my video so I could post it today. I reached over and pounded my alarm. Then I got up and grabbed my laptop. I started to edit and an hour and a half later I was finally done and I had posted my video. Then I changed into work out clothes, pulled my hair back, drank a workout shake, and jogged to the gym. When i got back from the gym an hour later, I decided to walk Winnie. So Winnie and I went on a walk. We came back an hour later, which means it is currently 9:34. I walked into Brennens apartment and looked at the calender to see what was going on today. Then I saw written in big red bold letters Ericas birthday. I can't believe I forgot my own birthday. But there was something I didn't forget about today, its Colby and I's 6 months. Ya I know 6 whole months. We have gone a step further in our relationship, if you know what I mean, but other than that and us being super close and open with eachother nothing much has changed besides that.  But if you don't mind I gotta take a shower and get all this sweat off me. So that's what I did I took a calm relaxing shower. Then I changed into this outfit

Before I put my beanie on I curled my hair. Then I did some light makeup, and finished getting ready. When i was finally finished getting ready it was 10:43. So I la yes down of my bed and scrolled through instagram. I saw that I had about 500 dms telling me happy birthday. So I cleared those so that it wouldn't bother me, but I knew it was usless. So I started to scroll until I came across this post

I scrolled through the comments and they were mostly people telling me happy birthday, how me and Colby were couple goals, compliments, or just hate. The hate didn't bother me much because I have a tendency to not give shits  about what others say. Then a few minutes later I got a text from Colby.

C- happy 6 mon. Want to go out?
E- happy 6 months and sure what time
C- 20min?
E-sounds good.
C- omw

Mmm Colby hasn't mentioned my birthday yet. Oh well, maybe he forgot. Anyways I got to get ready to go. Bye ready I mean  grab my purse and tell Brennen where I was going. So I grabbed my purse and headed to the living room where I found brennen drinking protein shake and vlogging. I came up behind him. And said "hello everyboby." And I swear brennen shit his pants a little. "Jeez you scared the shit out of me," he said. I just held up an piece sign to the camera and stuck out my tongue. "What are sisters for," I said. "Oh and guys today is my sisters bithday, so wishe her a happy birthday by subscribing to her channel Erica Taylor, now I'll see you guys when I get back from the gym," brennen said. Then with that he put his hand over the lens and stopped recording. "What's up sis,"he asked. "I'm going out with Colby for our 6 months," I said. "Why aren't you going out for your birthday?" He asked. "Maybe we aee, but I don't think he remembers it's my birthday," I said. "Oh ok as long as you enjoy your time together," brennen said. Then I heard a car horn outside. "Bye, I gotta go," I told brennen and gave him a side hug. Then I ran outside to Colbys car and got in.

Colbys p.o.v

So I knew today was Eric as birthday, but I acted like I didn't know. What she didn't know is that me asking her out to lunch was a distraction to get her out of the house so the roomates, Kat, and Brennen could set up her surprise party. I had been planning this party for weeks. The theme was black and red because I knew that they were her favorite colors. I ordered the cake and bought the decor, so all the roomates had to do was set up everything , and pick up the things that were needed. And I got her a present I really hope she likes. And the roomates got her presents too. I can't wait to see her face light up when she saw the surprise party. But until 4:30 I have to keep her busy, so I knew exactly what I was going to do. First I took her to in and out burger her favorite restaurant. Then I decided to do something more sentimental. We went and revisited every place we have been on a date. We are now at our last stop the place were I asked her to go out with me the one and only I hop.

Erica's p.o.v

Colby was being very sweet and sedimental today. He took me to all of our dating spots. Then he took me to I hop. The exact same I hop were he asked me to go out with him. I felt a single tear fall. "What's wrong Erica," he asked concered. "Nothing it's just you mean so much to me," I said. Colby came over to me and help me in his tight  imbrace. Colby had no idea how much he meant to me. He was the second person to break my walls. And then I felt it again another peice of the two walls I have left broke. Then Colby let go of me. "We have one final destination," Colby said. The whole way to where every we were going I was  thinking about my life in L.A. then about 4:35 we pulled into his drive way. Mmn. I wonder what he has in store. He then gave me a blind fold and I already knew what to do so I put in on. Then he guided me through the door. "Ok I'm going to take the blindfold off in 3..2..1," Colby said. As he said one he took off my blindfold. Then out popped all my close  friends and family in L.A. "happy birthday," they all yelled. I was certainly surprised. I should have known Colby would never forget my birthday. We all hung out for a while then ate some cake and talked and socialized then it was time for gifts. This is everything I got.
Devyn and Kat got me a few new outfits.
Brennen got me some Gucci shoes.
Sam got me some drawing supplies because he noticed I like to draw.
Corey got me a punching bad and some new boxing gloves.
Jake got me two pairs of fingerless gloves, combat boots, and some chockers.
Aaron got me some new camera equipment.
Mom got me some jewelry
Jessica got me some work out gear.
Jake got me a 200 dollar Starbucks gift card.
"Thanks everyone for the presents," I said to everyone and their cameras. "Wait you haven't gotten my gift yet," Colby said. "You being my boyfriend is already enough what could you have possibly gotten me," I said. Just then I heard a car honk and something dawned on me. "No way. You did not," I said. "Oh I did," Colby said. Then he handed me a small box. In the box was a key.when I saw what car it was for I about had a panic attak.
"Look out side Eri,"Colby said. So stumbled to get up and ran over to the door when I got there I saw the most beautiful car ever my dream car a Mercedes Benz

II ran back inside and tackled Colby to the ground giving him a lot of hugges  and kisses. "Colby you are the best boyfriend ever, and I had an amazing birthday, but most importantly I love you," I said. "I'm glad you had a good time, and you are also the best girlfriend ever. And also most importantly I love you," he said. Then he gave me a sweet kiss on the lips. The room was practicly filled with awww and a couple ewes from the boys. I got off of colby and stood up and opened my arms. "But I also love my new L.A. family, so bring it in," with that I was ingolfed in a huge group hug. "And we all love you too," said Devyn. Everyone seemed to agree and eventually we let go. The rest of the night was a blast and I needed up staying the night with Colby and cuddling him. Till morning.
