"Why are you here?" You asked confused. You and Logan had broken up five years ago because he wanted children and you didn't.
"You need a friend." He said kindly. Some people may find it weird, but Logan was always the man you went to when you were depressed. He was a childhood friend and you both still kept in touch, even though Tom didn't really like it.
"Coffee?" He asked. You nodded and walked to your old bedroom. You grabbed an old poka-dot dress and some army boots and met Logan downstairs. "I'll be in the car. He said nicely. You told him you would be two minutes and you just had to do something first.
"Why is he here?" You asked Erin suspiciously. She loved Logan and hated Tom. Logan was a tall muscly man with jet black hair. Any girls dream man.
"Because he is perfect for you Y/N!" Erin squealed. You rolled your eyes and got ready for the lecture. "Tom is a dick! He's horrible to you. Hes not attractive, he's not funny, hes got this weird obsession with Shakespeare. He's just horrible!"
You looked at your sister with an open mouth. "He may not be attractive to you, but too me he is perfect. He treats me like a princess, he has my weird sense of humour and i cant judge him for liking Shakespeare because look at me with Harry Potter, Doctor who, Supernatural and Sherlock!" You didn't mean to get that angry but you just couldn't stand it when someone spoke badly of Tom. Even now. You stormed out of the house and surprised Logan when you got in his car and slammed the door in one swift motion.
"So where do you want to go for breakfast?" Logan asked. You wiggled a bit on the seats. They were leather and you didn't like it, being a vegetarian and an animal lover meant you defiantly did not like leather.
"Roses inn." You said without hesitation. That's the hotel you had been staying in for the past few days. Logan protested for a minute but upon seeing the determination in your face sighed and turned his rolls Royce ghost round. That was another reason why Erin loved him. He was filthy rich.
The entire thirty minutes drive was delivered in silence. You were still furious at what Erin had said about Tom and Logan knew better than talk to you when your angry.
"Thanks for the lift." You said bluntly as Logan parked outside the hotel. You quickly got out and started to speed walk towards the hotel. "Hey wait!" Logan called after you. He locked his car then jogged to catch up to you.
"Why are you staying here?" Logan asked confused as you both got in the lift. "Because its going to be my home until i find a proper one." You said, earning a glare from Logan. He hated when you decided things quickly and didn't consult your family. He was a family man.
"Ah crap. Mum took my stuff home last night i think." You moaned. You checked your bag and felt relieved as you saw your mum slipped the hotel key back in it last night.
"Here we are." You said, opening the door to your hotel room.
"Well this is...nice." He said, looking around the small room. It was your tune to glare. He was so stuck up.
"Well i think its lovely." You heard someone say. You looked up and saw Tom come out of your bathroom with just a towel around his waist and a toothbrush in his hand.
"Tom? What the hell?" You asked. Logan looked between you two awkwardly before saying he will go collect your stuff from your mums house and left. You watched Logan leave and suddenly felt incredibly shy in the presence of Tom with just a towel on.
"I stayed here last night. Your mum called me." Tom said as if it was no big deal. You closed your eyes and took in a deep breath out of frustration. "Y/N...I don't know how many times I've said this...but im sorry." He said walking closer to you. You didn't move. It felt nice to be in his presence again.
"Its just...When i saw you with Benedict..I lost it." You couldn't help the small smile that crept its way onto your face. If Tom's got jealous, that means he still cares, right?
You two stood there in silence for a few minutes just looking at each other. This is what you missed. You and Tom could stand there for hours and not say anything and you wouldn't feel awkward.
"Me and Benedict spoke for a few hours after you left." Tom said. You felt a little nervous as you worried about what they were saying. "He agreed that what me and him did last night was wrong. But he also wanted me to tell you that he's sorry for using you when you were incredibly upset and that he will leave you alone now unless you still want to be friends." You could see how painful it was for Tom to say this. That's like you telling Tom you don't mind him still being friends with Spring.
You walked forward and wrapped your arms around Toms torso. He stood there shocked a few seconds before he wrapped his arms around you and kissed the top of your head. You would have stayed there longer if it wasn't for a phone ringing. You looked around confused as it wasn't your ring tone but you soon realized it was Tom's phone.
"aren't you going to get that?" You asked. Tom looked you as if to say 'but i want to talk to you' but gave up and answered when they phoned for a second time.
As Tom spoke on the phone you walked over and put the kettle on. You smiled as you saw Tom had brought earl grey tea.
"Who was that?" You asked Tom when he finally hung up the phone. He walked up behind you, wrapped his arms around your waist and rested his head on your shoulder.
"I'm leaving in a few days remember? That's why we....had that argument." You looked sadly at him as you remembered.
"Why don't you come with me?" He asked happily. "I would love to but i have to shoot Nightmare. I've had three days off as it is."
"Aw ok." Tom sighed. He grabbed his freshly brewed cup of coffee and laid on the bed, with you following his movement.
"So who's in this film?" You asked, feeling very happily and bubbly as you were once again in bed with the love of your life. Tom hesitated before he answered and wouldn't look at you when he did.
"Matt Smith, michael fassbender, Eva Green and..."
"And...?"
"Spring."
