"Y/N i'm so so sorry!" Tom sobbed from beside the hospital bed. Neither you, Tom or Benedict knew who it was who pushed you down the stairs, but Tom seemed to blame himself. "I don't care who the baby belonged to, it was still your child." He rested his head in his hands as you lied in bed, watching as Tom had a melt down. Benedict had gone home as soon as he knew you were ok, he thought you and Tom should be alone. Heaven was here at the hospital with you, Benedict phoned her in the ambulance, but left with him, thinking that he shouldn't be alone right now. You felt sympathy for neither of them. Actually, in this point in time, you would even say that you hated them. They were the reason that your baby was gone, why you were lying in a hospital bed, why you had spent the past hour being prodded by needles and given sympathy looks from all the nurses and doctors.
"Y/N please say something, anything." Tom said. You had said nothing to anyone since you had got into the ambulance. He wiped away his tears and managed to calm himself down, then reached for your hand but quickly began to tear up once more as you quickly removed you hand from his grip as if it was laced with acid. Tom lent back in his chair and let the tears stream down his face.
"Tom...please..i just want to go home." You whispered. Tom looked at you and nodded his head slowly. He then got up and went to talk to the doctors to make sure it was ok for you to leave. Meanwhile you ran your hands through your hair, too upset and devastated to cry.
-------You've just got home but i'm lazy and don't want to write that bit :3--------
"I'm going to bed." You said quietly as you walked into the front door of the flat. You slowly changed into your pajama's and crawled into bed. It was midnight and your eyes were stinging from the lack of sleep but neither your body or your mind would let you. You were in bed for at least an hour before you heard the bedroom door creak open and Tom walk in. He stopped in the doorway and looked at you, sighing as he did so. He began to strip down to his underwear and don't bother to put on his pajama's. He got into his side of the bed and placed his arm around you a little tighter than he usually does. You desperately wanted to remove his arm from around your waist but couldn't without giving it away that you were awake. Tom moved his head to rest on the top of your back and you felt him beginning to shake. Small sobs followed and as he continued to cry, the strength of his hold on you tightened.
"it's not your fault Tom." You whispered, not being able to hear Tom cry anymore. He jumped slightly at hearing your voice but soon returned back to his position.
"Yes it is! I'm your boyfriend, i'm the one who is meant to protect you! To make you to happiest person in the world!" You rolled over and looked at him, his arms still holding tightly onto you. "What have I done for you in the past two months? I've caused you so much pain with Spring, I stupidly told you a lie saying that i didn't love you. And now i've...i've let this happen." You put your arms around his neck and pulled him in for a kiss. He pulled away quickly and sat up.
"I don't deserve you Y/N."
"Tom don't-"
"No i really don't!" He started to fiddle with his hands and refused to look you in the eye. "You're beautiful, smart, funny. You're perfect! You deserve someone better." You were about to say something but Tom got up and cut you off. "I'll sleep on the sofa tonight," He walked round the bed and kissed you on the forehead before walking out with his pillows. You sighed and lied down in bed, attempting to go to sleep again.
You woke up by smelling cooked breakfast causing your stomach to grumble. You looked at the clock next to and moaned when you saw it was gone 11 in the morning. You got up and put your dressing gown on before walking out into the kitchen.
You saw Tom standing over the stove, frying vegetarian sausages and bacon whilst singing along to a song playing on the radio which you didn't recognize. You coughed and Tom looked at you, giving you a big smile.
"Good morning darling." He said, taking the food out of the frying pan and onto a plate. He then walked over to you and gave you a big hug and kiss.
"So i was thinking last night." He said, swaying you in his arms. "How about we forget that the past two months and that it's still June." You looked at him and thought about what he said. It made sense, the past two months had been hell for you and Tom.
"Fine." You said. "It never happened."
Authors note: So i haven't decided if this is the end or not. I don't know if i want to write more because i don't want to drag it out. I might write one more chapter i'm sure yet :/
