Oda Forces:

Nobunaga Oda

There isn't a night that passes by where Nobunaga does not emphasize his love for you, and how beautiful he thinks you are, with the hopes of making you smile like a good lover would do for their beloved.
However, instead of receiving a smile that sparkles and represents everything so wonderful and prepossessing about you, he sees one that is bitter,
And your eyes droop, and nose crinkles, head drops towards the ground and you laugh dishearteningly.
He's seen you, and heard from others, how sad and despondent you look roaming the castles at times, and being rather egotistical he'll believe it's because he isn't there to keep you company or shower you with affection.
Then he realizes even when he is with you, and giving all the praises he could that most women would go weak for, you'll still seem sad.
He purchases you a dress suited for a princess; a gown, black like his armor, and elegantly decorated with jewels. He thinks you look stunning and he tells you just so.
But you frown and tug at the dress, keeping your gaze away from the mirror he placed in front of you so you could see what he saw; an angel.
"Why do you look so doleful when I tell you of how wonderful you look?" You shrug, but he won't take that, and with an arm around your waist he pulls you towards him till your flush against him. He crooks a finger beneath your chin and tilts your head back. He says, breath ghosting across your face, "Tell me."
"I just don't agree," you say quietly, darting your eyes away from his.
Nobunaga sighs. "Look at me."
"Why is it that you don't believe me when I tell you you are beautiful? I have better things to do then lie to you about your appearance. I tell you you are beautiful because it's the truth. I cannot explain how disheartening it is to hear that you don't think so yourself."I don't know how to get you to see what I see, or believe me when I tell you there is nothing I enjoy more than looking into your eyes that sparkle like diamonds embezzled,"Or admiring, and toying with your locks that are softer than the most divine felt of a dress. Or when you smile, a genuine smile, and those little dimples encircle them, framing them perfectly."I even find you beautiful as you sulk."I cannot change your view on yourself, but I can promise you that I will not stop telling you everyday just how beautiful you are until you believe it yourself, and onwards. If showering you in pretty jewels isn't the way to do it, then I won't act like it is, and I won't act like I can fix your visions in a heartbeat, but I won't stop looking for ways to make you happy and convince you you are truly beautiful."With his kind words, you finally smile, a genuine smile. At that moment, you feel happy, and more beautiful than you ever had before.
Nobunaga kept to his promise that he would not stop telling you you were beautiful; some nights, you'd take it happily, and kiss him in thanks, and other nights, you'd still seem sad and wavering. But it never stopped him.

Hideyoshi Toyotomi

It baffled Hideyoshi how someone who could sleep so much could be so tired throughout the day. He's with you every night, and the second he's given you your goodnight kiss and you're settle, tucked under his arm, you're out like a light.
And most days you sleep way into the day. And yet you are always tired.
That is not the only thing he's noticed about you though; he's noticed the way you skip dinners most night, or how you'll sometimes keep yourself locked up in your room, refusing to see anyone. Or the mood changes you'll have - happy one moment, then suddenly solemn the next.
Hideyoshi is smart, and good with helping people after all the years with Nobunaga. He is able to figure out rather quickly that there is something wrong, even if he can't put a name to it.
Before bed, he stops you from changing into your nightwear and asks you to take a walk with him. The gesture surprises you a little, but you accept, and take the arm he holds out for you to take.
Walking around the castle gardens, a gentle breeze, crickets chirping, and Hideyoshi's warmth radiating onto you, everything is perfect. And yet when Hideyoshi looks at you, you look as if you're about to collapse upon him.
"Are you tired? It's not very late, you know.""I guess I'm just tired."Hideyoshi smiles gently, stopping you and turning so he can face you. Your eyes widen as he cups your face, tilting your head back just a little. "I think it's more than that," he says.
"You know you are so important to me," he continues, and you try to turn your head away from him, not wanting him to see the tears that are threatening to fall. But he keeps your head forward, and keeps talking. "Tell me what I can do to help you. I know you're not sick, and this must be something internal. I notice things, MC, I notice how you are always tired, easily turning sad, not always eating.
"I'm not going to judge you. I promise. Whatever you have to tell me, whatever you are feeling, you can tell me. You know I love you. You know I'm here."You tell him everything; everything you are feeling, everything about your history with depression, history with insecurity, and he listens silently the entire time, holding your hand and kissing it every so often to give you comfort.
He never judges. Never. And when you're done, tired now from the heavy release of your emotions, he scoops you up in his arms and carries you back inside, promising you, "You are not alone. I'm going to find a way to help you feel better. I promise."
