Ch 16: Sister SHOOK

Kae's POV

"Mark said we're gonna be out all day sooo.." Kae said.

"ALL day? Wow ok so when is he picking you up again?" Fae asked.

"11:30 AM" Kae responded.

"Oof ok sleep early so you don't wake up late like that one time hmmmm" Mei said.

"THAT WAS ONCE" Kae shouted.

Time Skip to Morning

Kae wore a cropped shirt with shorts and combat boots. She put her hair in a bun so she would look taller. Mark picked her up and once they got into the car Kae asked, "So what are we gonna do today?"

"Oh I was thinking that you had an idea of what you want to do." Mark answered.

".....BOI....OK we'll go to the mall and eat lunch and shop around. Is that ok then?"

"Mhm anything with you is good" He said with a smile.

They drove to the mall and jammed out to "Stir Fry" and "Work Out". They also listened to some of Mark's own songs which were cool too.

The two went straight for the food court since they were HUNGRY. Kae got pretzels and Mark got a burger.

"So what are we gonna do after we eat?" Kae asked.

"Anything you want to do?" Mark asked.

She started thinking...and she finally got an idea and smiled.

"Oh no is that a good smile or an evil smile.." Mark said.

"OOH it's a good smile don't worry too much." Kae said reassuringly. "Let's go to an amusement park later. BUT since we're at the mall....we're going to buy each other outfits to wear to the park later ok? Sound good?"

"Oh. Sounds fun. Ok let's do it" Mark agreed.

"Ok meet at the fountain in...hmm one hour?"

"Ok Let's goooo"

They parted ways and Kae ran or sped walked I guess to Forever XXI. She found the PERFECT outfit. Oof. It was a Hello Kitty long sleeve with sweatpants that had rainbow trim down the sides. Absolutely adorable wow.

Since she had a lot of extra time she decided to shop for herself at H&M. To her surprise she saw Mark walk right out of the said store. Hmmmmm oh well.

The two met up back at the fountain. Mark with two bags and Kae with four....

"Woah why so many bags?...That's not all mine is it?" Mark questioned.

"Haha no I shopped for myself too. Anyways...I'm curious to see what you bought..."

"I'm curious too..."

They exchanged their bags and took a look inside. Mark's face dropped and he just looked at Kae in surprise. "Are you for real? Hello Kitty??" Mark laughed. "I actually got you good clothes but this is how you treat me."

"HEY It'll look cute on you haha" Kae commented.

"We'll see haha. Look at what I got you."

Kae looked into one bag and saw a nice black top with some ripped shorts. Hm not bad. But why is there another bag. She looked into the bag and saw a LACE DRESS. Kae's jaw DROPPED and she looked at Mark with a WHAT EVEN look on her face.

"It was pretty and I thought it would look nice on you..." Mark said shyly. "It's also another excuse to take you out." he added quietly.

Kae was still SHOOK but gave Mark a hug. "This is really nice...Thanks" Mark just hugged her back with a huge smile on his face.
