Ch. 44: bRo. HUBBY MATERIAL.

3rd Person POV

Today is Sunday... I think? The author doesn't even know what day it is in the book. Sorry. Anyways it's Sunday now.

"When do you think Fae will get home?" Kae asked.

"I don't know... probably like never?" Mei replied.

"Hm. True, but we do have school tomorrow," Kae commented.

"Yeah, but she might stay the night at Jaemin's.... again," Mei stated.

"Nah. She'll probably come back for her uniform," Kae responded.

"Nope. She has a spare at his house," Mei sighed.

"Ugh. Shouldn't we be the ones going out and stuff? We're younger," Kae rolled her eyes.

"You do make a good point... hey, wanna stay at Jeno's or whatever boyfriends we have? We can give her a taste of her own medicine!" Mei shouted.

"Okay. First of all, I'm still with Mark thank you very much. And second, let's do it," Kae agreed. They both started packing their stuff and started texting Mark and Jaehyun.

As Mei and Kae were heading out to the car, Fae walked passed them.

"Where are  you guys going.... with backpacks?" Fae stuttered.

"Out," Mei and Kae both said in unison.

"Okay... it's Sunday so be back before 8:00," Fae stated. Mei and Kae just looked at each other and then walked away.

"Uhh okay?" Fae whispered as she walked back into the apartment.

Kae's POV

"So why are you staying at my house if you have your own apartment?" Mark asked.

"Well.. Fae decided it'd be cool if she ditched Mei and I," Kae responded.

"oH?" Mark said.

"Yeah. Now hurry along kiddo. We don't have all day," Kae commented.

"Hm so you're doing this because you want Fae to experience what you two went through?" Mark asked again.

"Yup. Can we go now? I want some pancakes," Kae complained.

"Sure. Anything for you," Mark chuckled while Kae rolled her eyes. Mark then started the engine and drove off to Ihop.

They were guided inside the wonderful Ihop by some lady.... turns out that lady is Itsumi.

"Ew. What're you guys doing here?" Itsumi gagged.

"Getting unlimited pancakes... duh," Kae sassed. Itsumi rolled her eyes as she waved them over to a table. The couple sat down as she got out her writing pad and pen.

"Pancakes you said?" Itsumi asked.

"Yes!" Mark exclaimed.

"Ok... any drinks?" Itsumi questioned.

"One lemonade and one milkshake please," Kae ordered. Itsumi walked back to the kitchen as Mark was about to engage in a conversation.

"It's been a long time since we've gone out like this huh?" Mark commented.

"I mean sure? When was the last time we've gone out? We haven't texted each other either," Kae pointed out.

"Probably last week? I don't know either," Mark sighed.

"Well, now we get to catch up on each other while eating pancakes!" Kae giggled.

"I guess that's true haha!" Mark chuckled.  Soon after the conversation, the pancakes soon came out.
