Ch. 31: Back at it again

3rd Person POV

The girls just slept in and chilled out for the day. Carol woke up really early and headed towards Fae's room.

She snuck in and took Fae's phone. She left the room and entered hers.

She went in her contacts lists and found the name "Lucas."

She closed her door and hit "call."

Lucas answered and said, "Hey Fae" when Lucas said that, Carol didn't know his voice would be that deep so she was internally dying.

"heh hi... uh this isn't Fae. I'm Fae's best friend Carol."

"OH uh hi? Why are you calling me?" Lucas asked.

"Heh uh Fae told me to call you." Carol lied.

"Oh um ok? Why?" Lucas questioned.

"She wanted to set me up with a guy that was the second hottest guy other than her boyfriend."

"ooh ok. Wow I didn't know Fae thought of me like that."

"Hah well yup. So Mei showed me a picture of you and you seem chill..." Carol said.

"oh well since she showed you a picture of me, can you send a picture of you?" Lucas asked.

"Haha um ok. I'll just send a picture from my phone." Carol said as she thought it was a brilliant idea since she won't have to sneak into Fae's room to get her phone.

Carol got on her phone and sent the prettiest photo of her that she took at a photo shoot.

"Woahhh you look cute." Lucas complimented. Carol blushed and said thanks.

"Anyways, since the girls are going to be coming back for school, how about you go with them? We can just meet each other and then see what happens from there." Lucas said.

"Yeah ok, I'll just tell them." Carol said nervously.

"Well, I gotta go so I'll see you later." Lucas said. They both said goodbye and Carol walked back to Fae's room.

"CAROL. Why do you have my phone."

"haha um well I just charged it up for you."

"I have a charger in my room."

"Well I was just making sure..."

"mhmm ok..."

The other girls woke up and they all got breakfast at Waffle House. They drove back home and just rested for the day.

Mei's POV

Mei was feeling bored but she didn't want to have any human contact so she decided to call Jaehyun. As always, Jaehyun answered immediately.

"Hey, baby, what's up?" Jaehyun asked.

"Nothing. I'm just bored haha" Mei laughed.

"Aaaawwww then I guess I'll have to go over there so we can have some fun" Jaehyun joked.

"Maybe you should"

"Hmm maybe I will"

Mei laughed and smiled. "I miss youuu..."

"Whaaaatt??? It hasn't been that long though" Jaehyun laughed. "I guess I owe you a big hug when you come back then....maybe a little something extra too?"

"Hmm maybe. Don't forget your promise then"

They kept on talking till it was dinner time. They then ended the call so Mei could eat. She took a shower and went back to her bed to keep talking to Jaehyun.
