Lord Death's Point of View
As we walked out of the forest, I went back into my shinigami form and asked, in my childish voice,
"(Y/N), do you like your position at the school?"
"Hm? Yeah. It's nice to help the kids." She replied, holding her hands behind her neck and I nodded, making her look at me.
"Why? What's wrong?" She asked, her gaze fixed on me and I turned into my human form, wrapping an arm around her waist. She looked up at me and sighed, lacing her fingers through my hair.
"Death, you aren't seriously worried that I'd leave are you?" She asked, looking into my eyes and I rested my forehead against her own, replying,
"Maybe a little." She shook her head and replied,
"I haven't left yet, have I?"
"No, but-"
"Then, I'm not going anywhere."
"..Okay."
"Death, I love you."
"I love you, too."
Pressing a kiss to her mouth, I pulled her closer to me and she wrapped her arms around my neck, deepening the kiss. Pushing my tongue into her mouth, I pressed her back against a tree and she moaned into my mouth, humming. She laced her fingers through my hair and I pulled away for air, only to be puled back again by (Y/N). Chuckling, I kissed back and she pulled my bottom lip into her mouth, teasingly. Pulling away from me, she whispered,
"Someone is coming." Nodding, I turned back into my reaper form and she looked up at me, nodding. Sid came out of the woods and looked at us, saying,
"Sorry to interrupt. Sir, there's something that has come up." I looked down at (Y/N) and she sighed, starting,
"So, much for it being peaceful. Go ahead."
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah, go ahead. I'm coming." Nodding, I left with Sid and she hung back, leaving us alone.
