Shopping Trip

Luke takes Zoe to the mall and tells her he can buy whatever she wishes to have. Of course that's not what you should say to a 10 year old. Especially one that wants to know about all of the things in the world before they die. But Luke didn't care because he knew Zoe could end up with a terminal disease. After 4 hours of shopping, Luke was getting hungry so they stopped to get some food on the way back to the hospital. Zoe walks in and suddenly gets a nosebleed. Then she passed out. Luke, Hannah, and Alexis were sent to the waiting room. Luke held Hannah in his arms and she went to sleep. Alexis just sat on a chair and began using her phone. That's typical for Alexis. There's more things to life than just being on a phone all the time. Too bad she doesn't know that. A few hours later Nurse Jenna walks into the waiting room. She told Luke to wake Hannah up. He hated to wake her up but he did it anyway. Hannah: "What??" Luke: "Zoe's nurse is here. She needs to talk to you." Hannah: "Oh ok." Nurse Jenna: "Hannah.. Zoe is stable right now but you might want to prepare to say goodbye." Hannah: "What? No... She won't die. You guys are here to make sure that doesn't happen and now you're telling me that this horrible disease is going to take away yet another 10 year old?! She hasn't had a boyfriend yet, she hasn't had her first kiss, she hasn't seen a rated r movie, and there's many things she hasn't done that she would like to do!!!" Nurse Jenna: "I know. I'm sorry. I really am. My daughter was the same age as your sister when the same disease killed her." Hannah: "And what did you guys do with her?" Nurse Jenna: "Well... She had her first kiss, her first boyfriend, she saw a rated r movie, and she flew to England and met the Harry Potter cast. Her name was Madeline. We did the same for her and we'll do it for Zoe. So just get a list of what Zoe wants to do and we'll do our best to cross everyone of her dreams off of her list."

Dear Annie,

Nurse Jenna told me I'm not going to make it.. I want you to know you are my best friend and I'll never forget that. By the time you are reading this, I'll be in heaven. But Annie promise me you'll make a new friend and live the best life you possibly can. Don't ever look back on your past and don't be upset because of what you can't change. Make this world a better place. Maybe even find a cure for leukemia and perhaps even all cancers so no one else has to be robbed of their short lives like me. It won't be easy but you can be a good person and fulfill every dream you have.

Dear Luke,

I'm sure you heard Nurse Jenna's news. I barely know you but thanks for the shopping trip. I would've liked to have done that more often but I can't. I want you to be there to really help my older sissy. I mean you're dating my sissy so please take care of her.

Be nice to Luke and sissy. Also, please stop feeling insecure about yourself. You're not ugly. Everyone who says mean things to you has an ugly personality. You've been an amazing sister to me and I would never have asked for a better one. Stay strong for me ok?

Dear Hannah,

I hope Luke takes good care of you. If not my ghost will haunt him and perhaps even give him a spanking. I already know that's what I'm going to do to Kris. He never brought a teddy bear for me. It was a lie. However I'm sure you already know that. As for this thing you call reality.. I'd like to experience it as much as I can. Here's a list of what I want to do before I die:

•travel to Florida

•have a boyfriend

•get my first kiss

•have a first date

•get "married"

•see a rated r movie

•meet one direction

•go to a one direction concert

•have a star named after me

•have a star on the Hollywood walk of fame

I think that's all I want. I'll be remembered that way and I won't have to worry about this thing you big kids call oblivion. You've been an amazing sister and I was blessed to know you. I'll say hi to grandma, grandpa, your friend Emily, your chihuahua named Chico, your rabbit named zippy, your hamster named Elmo, our cat Mylie, cousin Andrea, your 2 fish named Phil and Strawberry, aunt Nina, aunt Modesta, uncle Albert, uncle Don and his dog Popeye, uncle Don's son's dog/wolf named Misty, your great grandparents, your friends Angie and Natalie, and everyone else I forgot to mention.

Dear Lexy's future boyfriend,

I will be in heaven when you're reading this but there's still some things I would like to say to you. If you're not nice to my sister I will haunt you in your sleep. Here's the other rules:

•don't hit her

•don't argue with her

•show her how much you appreciate her everyday

•take tons of selfies with her (she loves those)

•play video games with her

•buy her chocolate once a month (trust me she gets really mean if she doesn't have chocolate)

•don't lie to her

•don't cheat on her

•don't take her for granted

•tell her you love her everyday

•and lastly, make the most of everyday you have with her.

Dear Luke's parents and his family,

I have a feeling that Luke and my sissy will get married soon but by that time I might not be alive anymore. I'm sure I would've liked you guys a lot because you guys probably wish Luke was my age again.
