The calm nation eased her shoulders back, watching the nations argue. Stress had become most of her life now, and they simply made it worse. Besides, she wasn't a touchy feely person at all, and having a boyfriend would require that.

"Pardon me," The female of the room attempted to get their attention. "I am to simply go." She nodded, turning around to the front door, only to feel another persons touch, both of them jerking away. "Oh, its just you Kiku." She smiled at the rather familiar face.

"Hai, it is me. You may go first, if you wish. All this arguing will get us nowhere, hai?" Japan opened the door smoothly. She stepped out. "So, Miss (C/N), how are you?" He asked as he closed the door behind him.

"Frustrated, actually. I do not see the reason in fighting if the girl does not even want a boyfriend." She huffed a bit, face angry but snapping back to normal, as if it had been a glitch in the game. That's right, a game.

(Y/N) felt as if this was all a game to the men fighting for her. They'd throw her away the second they were bored. Though, none of them even seemed to be her type, except a certain anime- manga loving weaboo. He had dark brown eyes, and black hair. He was calm, and wore the comfiest pieces of clothing she had ever known. Not only that, his glasses he wore every so often were quite adorable.

Kiku Honda was that lucky, lucky Japanese nation.

Though, he couldn't see her ever liking him. Kiku was a bit self-conscious of himself around females. All he could ever think was that he was not close to giving her what she deserved. Watching her, his facial expression stayed the same, "Agreed. If you do not want one, you do not need to have one. There's a restaurant nearby that has Japanese and is always playing Hatsune Miku. Would you like to join me?" He asked, a bit shyly.

"Of course!" She smiled over at him in a friendly manner, thinking him adorable for asking. "As friends, yes?" (Y/N) asked. The nation to her right nodded, turning, guiding her without contact. Looking up, he spotted the area, a man rushing forward and a woman screaming.

"My baby! My baby!" The girl called, Japan ready for action, yanking his katana out. The man stumbled, back scraping against the pavement. This also was given a yelp of pain, and Kiku holding the long, sharp blade dangerously near his throat. (Y/N) ran to action, scooping up the baby, its wails rather loud and shrill. She brushed it off though, offering a knuckle for the small child the suckle until returned to its mother.

"Here you go madam." She bowed, the baby cradled up and placed in the arms of safety. Hearing a whistle, she spun, seeing the scruff old man pushed inside the police car, Japan bowing respectfully, as if she'd done moments ago. Her lips formed a small smile, as she ran forward, to congratulate her friend in his success and heroism. "You did a great job, being so quick like that. It shocked me even. Very very impressive."

"Impressive?" The Asian man couldn't help but blush intensely, pleased that he had made his 'crush' proud of him. "Arigato, (Y/N)-san." He couldn't help it. His smiled stretched to both ends of his face, and he stood up, holding his arms out, embracing her tightly into his arms. "Arigato..." He whispered into her ear.

The female nation stood there wide eyed, shocked with this gesture and simply hugged back. Her (E/C) orbs fluttered shut, muscles forcing him closer. Realizing they were being stared out, she jerked away, blushing. "U-uh... so that restaurant.... Let's discuss there." (C/N) giggled, her feet playing at the ground like an embarrassed child.

"H-hai." Kiku nodded in agreement, head swirling. Does she like me back? She pulled me closer... But then again, she didn't keep it that way. I wonder what she would like to discuss? Maybe I've ruined our friendship. Oh no! I must fix this! Feeling determined, he continued walking, her right at his side. He couldn't be blunt with the subject...

"What do you want in a girl?" (C/N) pondered, studying every fidget, squirm from the man next to her. "I mean... I have a type, but I am waiting for him to confess."

"Um..." Once again, he felt his neck and ears hear up, and he pulled his jacket sleeves down awkwardly. This whole love thing was weird... "Someone... interested in my culture, one that I can fascinate in. Looks don't matter as much, but I'd like the chance to braid her hair... Silly me, that was inappropriate, hai?"

"No, not at all." (Y/N) strained under the pressure, sensing the awkward teenage I-like-you aura. It was obvious Japan sensed it too. Hell, if America were here, even he wouldn't be oblivious to it! "And which culture? European? North American? African, South American, Australian?" She continued to question, trying to avoid a more awkward situation.

"Any will do. A girl I can read, and be open with my feelings with? I wouldn't mind as much touching though... They'd be the only one allowed to hug me." The island could hear Hatsune Miku, mentally facepalming at the song choice. Love is War. Good song, very good... But now? Why push her away further?

"Oh I love this song!" (Y/N) chirped, grabbing his hand and pulling him towards the loud noises. This startled him, yet of course, he went along with it. The song ended, the banging down and a cuter tone on. Once Upon A Me. "This is my absolute favorite! Come along!" She beamed, him finding it adorable.

They pushed through the crowd, smiling at the all around kawaiiness. The song was about best friends, but maybe... he would surprise her for the first time. The song was just nearly over, his hand lacing in hers, pulling her close, and letting their lips meet for a blissful kiss, which she returned.
