While Chase and Skye were heading over to the barn, the rest of the team headed back down into the mines to hopefully get rid of the dungeons and gather the loot.

Ryder and Jake led them to where they had last been and decided to create the plan there.

Ryder: Okay, so here's the plan, me and Jake will head inside the pathway to the dungeons to clear the path and you pups just have to light the way behind us.

Rocky: But... we only have like ten torches.

Jake: Which is why we'll have to conserve it.

Ryder: While you and Marshall hold five torches each, the rest of the pups are going to watch the back.

Everest: I get it.

Ryder: And one more thing, don't show the monsters that you are afraid if you encounter them.

Rubble: Sounds good.

As the group moved into that dark hallway, Ryder and Jake prepared themselves for any monsters that might show up, especially spiders since they broke a wall in the dungeon to let them out.

Marshall and Rocky were saving their torches as much as they could, but were slowly running out.

As they walked a little further, Ryder began to notice a small figure standing at a wall in front of them, the figure was somehow blending in with the stone wall making whatever it was difficult to see. As Ryder strained his eyes to see what it was, the figure fired an arrow in his direction.

Ryder: Get down!

The arrow zipped past his head and landed in the stone wall behind them.

Everest: What is it?

Ryder: It's a skeleton! Pups take cover, me and Jake will handle this.

The pups all laid low while Ryder and Jake moved in on the skeleton who was still firing out his arrows.

Eventually, Ryder reached the skeleton first and hit it with his iron sword, as the skeleton turned to face him, Jake attacked from the back, dealing another blow, and removing more of it's health. The skeleton was confused and turned his attention towards Jake which was then countered by another strike from Ryder and one more by Jake which finished it off.

The skeleton after perishing, left behind two arrows, a bone and five experience points that flowed into Ryder and Jake, making them feel a little more relaxed.

Rocky: That was great you guys!

Everest: Yea! That is some real teamwork.

Ryder: Thanks pups, but honestly me and Jake were actually terrified when we were about to do this.

Jake: Yea, but we had to do it to save us.

Zuma: Nice!

Ryder: Okay, let's keep going.

The team moved on deeper into the area while Rocky and Marshall laid down more of their torches to help ensure that no monsters could spawn behind them and trap their escape. After about a minute, Ryder halted the group and alerted them that he had heard something.
