Why did the boy lead the girl on?
Did he think she wouldn't be hurt that way?
Little did he know she was dying inside.
The demons were taking over,
Putting dark thoughts in her mind.
Making her think she was worthless, that nobody would ever care if she left.
He told her that she was his everything, his whole world.
That if she were to ever be hurt he would be there for her.
Little did he know, he would end up destroying all that she is.
They talked for hours every day.
The helpless girl thought that maybe he does love her, that maybe her dreams would come true. While all the boy thought of was finally ending the conversation.
The boy stopped answering her messages, and would ignore her when they caught each others eyes.
Later that day he sent her a message.
"We can continue talking if you understand that we are only friends and will only ever be that."
The girls heart was crushed.
He lead her on the whole time.
She felt so worthless and the demons finally took over.
She picked up her blades and cut until she felt numb, until all the pain went away.
You see this story is true. This girl that I speak of is me...
