I walk home, the streets quiet. No one is awake, not even people with dogs or the runners I see out my window around six. It's 5:47 AM, the sun orange and pink, darkness still across the sky. PJ was right, I'm not that from home. I normally walk to that cliff and sit at the bottom when ever I need space of safety from my dad.

He never comes after me, I just guess he just hates my presence. He only became abusive after mom died. She died of leukemia, I don't even remember how may times I gave her blood. I miss her everyday.

I take a right at the library and head straight for a while. I sneak through an alleyway next to a couple of shops. I'm nearly there when I see a police car outside my house. It's three till six, is the police station even open at this hour? There are other cars to. more than normal on this street.

I head up to the door of my house and hear voices.

"This man says he saw you five throw a boy over the dock into the water. They boy never resurfaced and none of you went in after him, let alone looked back." A grown man says, who I can only assume is a police officer.

"We were playing a game, who ever looked back had to give everyone 10 dollars. That's fifty dollars! No one wanted to lose that bet." Justin says? Why is He in my house?

"I can do elementary math, but that's not what he saw. He even took a video." The officer says.

"That's makes him a pedo doesn't it? Taking videos of young boys. Why was he ever out at that time anyways?" Jacob says.

I peek in the window, tying my best not to get caught.

"He's a photographer and no, he's not a pedo." The officer holds up quotation marks.

The boy who recommend me for a swim stands in the corner with who I believe is his mom. Jacob and Justin are sitting on the couch my mother picked out along with their father.  Tom the quiet boy, who I still think is gay, stands next to an elderly woman sitting in a navy blue sofa chair that matches the couch. As well as a blonde boy with his dad. There are two officers on a couch across from the twins, papers spread across the glass coffee table. Oh, and the "photographer"

One of them gets up and plugs in their laptop into the huge flat screen hung against the wall. The video begins. You can hear are conversation from the very beginning. In no more than a minute I drop my solo cup and sprint. You can see the terror in my eyes. I sure doesn't look like a game.

I decide I'm gonna walk into the house and take the blame or something. I would rather I get punished by the police than them punish me. I know that my dad with "punish me either way". Speaking of him, he's leaning against the wall, arms crossed, looking extremely unhappy.  I know this face, it's his "We are in front of people but if we were not I would slap you so hard" face.

I take a deep breath and open the door. I isn't even locked.

Everyone's head turn and look at me.

"How!? I saw you! You never came up to the surface! You can't be alive!" The photographer shouts. He's loud enough to wake up the neighbors.

"Sir, please calm down, we don't want to wake the whole neighborhood. This is no ones business but ours." The officer who's standing next to the TV says.

"Hi Dad." I say looking at him. "Sorry I broke curfew. I won't do it again."

Everybody gives me a weird look like I just grew wings and started tap dancing naked. Everyone but my dad that is.

My dad makes a grunt response and nods.

I turn and look at the TV and see me mid air paused.

"Oh, Were you looking for me. I'm so sorry I caused all of you to wake up at this hour. I realize that me not respecting my fathers rules not only effected my father but many people and will negatively impact people for a hopeful not a long time but for some amount of time.  More than it should. If any of you need assistance through out the day please, don't hesitate to contact me." I spit out a full apology speech in hopes of them all going home.

My dad uncrosses his arms and stands up straight.

"I forgive you but, no laptop for a week. And yes, I know you have school but, you should have thought about that before you broke curfew." He says, calmly.

"Okay but we will be watching. Even when you think we are not, we are. We are going to get the paper we need to watch you at school. We will not come onto your property but public places are perfectly fine." One officer says.

"This is out outrageous! Tommy would never do anything like this, he's a good boy. He has good grades, he wouldn't hurt a fly!" Tom's grandmother shouts.

"I'm sorry madam but he was in the video." An officer says.

"We will be on are way. He a good rest of the day." The other officer says.

Slowly everyone trickles out of our house. One by one they get in their cars and drive away.

One by one they leave me alone with my father.

A/N Note:

So I know this chapter was long and I want to know if guys like that or not. I'm just writing what comes to me (This story took a huge turn from what I originally was planning but I like it, I hope you do to) and the chapters are getting longer than I thought they would. I can try and make them shorter if you want but they may not be very good (like this one for example, cutting in in half would just give no info and just be boring in the beginning).
