We end up going to my house taking my Dad's credit card and withdrawing a bunch of cash. We put his credit card back where we found it and go find a place to eat. Both of them haven't had human food before.
The cash we have we're able to buy a lot of food and still have money left over. I get a strawberry milkshake and french fries so I can dip fries it in. PJ, on the other hand, gets a humongous bacon burger and Signe gets a spicy chicken sandwich with enough pickles you think they dumped on the whole jar.
Bacon juice rolls down on PJ's chin as he devours his burger.
"I'm sorry I brought Mark to the ship. I know that what he said hurt both of you. I know that your lives will never be the same after what he told you."
"It's okay, I was expecting something bad, but I wasn't expecting that." Signe responds.
PJ swallows his large bite of burger.
"Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm glad I know the truth, but at the same time it really hurts." He says.
I dip a fry into my milkshake and eat it, unsure what to say.
"Don't get me wrong Jack, you've been through some things too. I'm happy for you and Mark, but I think the senior trip it's a mistake. You don't know what could happen out there, far away from a way to escape. Be careful." Signe warns.
"I promise I will. Promise me you'll stay with us. Don't leave us, even though bad things have happened we still care about you. I still care about you." I say.
Signe blushes and looks down at her sandwich.

After I paid for our meal we leave to go to the mall. Clothes don't really matter at this point, neither does jewelry besides the necklace I wear my neck at all times. Being part fish has its advantages sometimes. We look around the mall anyways, searching for things to do. We come across the arcade I grew up playing in.
We all look at each other and smile. I put my money in the machine gaining some quarters and I hand them out to them. We all run around gaining points and winning prizes. By the end of it all PJ has a yellow Care Bear and some weird googly eye glasses. Signe has a giraffe and a bouncy ball the she can never keep up with. Somehow I won a PS4.
Since most of the stuff is very unlikely to survive underwater we decide to visit the children's hospital. We asked the woman up front if we can donate some of our things. She said sure and she tells us to go up to the third floor.
We get in the elevator and as the doors close we see her on the phone with someone. We arrived on the floor being created by a nurse saying to just go down to the hall. We open the door to find kids of all ages. They all look at us.
I hold up the PS4 like an offering. They all look at it, no one moves. One kid, in a wheelchair, moves closer to me and I hand it to him. The kid in the wheelchair has been in a serious accident. He even has an eye patch over his eye.
"Hi, what's your name?" I ask him.
"Sam! Is this for us?" He asks.
"Yes, of course. I can help you set it up if you would like."
He nods and leads me.twards the TV. Eventually get it all sorted out and I look behind me. Signe is playing with the bear PJ had and yong girl by her side. PJ is playing a game of peek-a-boo with the googly eye goggles. The kid he's playing with it doesn't seem to be much younger than 10, but is easily entertained.
I buy a couple games using my Dad's credit card I've memorized. In the end kids of all ages, shapes, and sizes are watching us play Minecraft. After we've built all tall tower we head over to play rocket league and kick the opponents butt!
We're all laughing and smiling by the time it gets dark. We didn't even notice how the time flew by. He promised the kids that will come back again. A hug Sam and tell him to keep working on our castle, but also remind him to share.
Our castle is made for heroes, good thing we all are one.
