When your friends meet your brother Part 1

Error was rather surprised by how quiet it was when the two entered Blueberry's livingroom.

He had expected to hear some kind of reaction when they just appeared in the middle of the living room.

Looking around the room and out the window, he managed to get the answer to his question.

The living room was empty and he could see Incubux and Starcrossed playing in the snow outside.

*THUM*

Geno jumped at the unexpected sound and both of them turned their attention to the kitchen, and Error went to the kitchen door to check out what it was.

"Pfh..hAHaha..."

Error could not help but laugh at what he found.

There, at the kitchen table, was Nightmare surrounded by towers upon towers of books. Every single one of them seemed to be about child care.
The sound they had heard was Naghtmare's head hitting the table in frustration.

"To mUCh tO ReAd evEn fOr yOU I TaKe it?"

From the look Nightmare gave him it was apparent that he did not find it particularly amusing. Nightmare loved reading, he had his personal library in his mansion, but those were mostly fiction or history books and this many books only about child care exhausted him completely.

"Like you would have handled it any better."

Nightmare's response did not bother Error, his friend meant nothing with it. Nightmare was only frustrated.

"CoMe oN NOw NiGHt, I even bROugHt mY bROtHER To mEEt yA."

Nightmare straitened himself in the chair and looked directly at Geno behind Error. He would not admit it but he was rather curious about Error's brother, he really hoped he was someone he could get along with. He did not like Fresh at all.

"H-hey..."

Geno's voice were uncertain, not used to meeting new people to often. Especially people that were close friends to his family, it raised the stakes for making a good first impression.

"At least you are not a 90's abomination like Fresh, I like you better already."

Geno had no idea how to respond to that and thankfully he did not have to.

"So WeaRs bLuEVErRY? "

"He is outside with the kids, he was really upset with you for missing dinner. But considering that you brought your brother I'm sure he'll forgive you.

"If YOu sAy sO."

Silence descend between them for a moment before Error breaks it.

"By tHe LOokS Of tHis I GueSS You aRE going tO mAKe thE MAnsIOn mOre cHIlDfriEndLy."

"Yeah.... Incubux is mine and as such I won't let anyone else have him. The mansion is the safest place for him, even if it leaves me with even more work."

"MinD If mE AnD My brother mOVe iN WitH YoU? ThE AnTI-vOiD Is Not Something yOU CaN MaKe cHIldfRIEndly."
