AN: I really apologize for not updating any of my stories in months, but rl got in the way. That and I have gotten into the critical role fandom, so I gave binged watched it for a couple of weeks (and I'm still not done). To ad to that, I have a lot of books on my shelf that I have been waiting to read, and I have gotten into playing WoW again. So all my time has been consumed and I have had little motivation/time for writing. I'll try getting into it again though. :)

Geno POV
It had been a month since he and Error moved into Nightmare's mansion and Geno was convinced everyone who lived there needed to visit a therapist for one reason or another.
He was surprised the place had not burned to the ground already. The mansion likely owed it's continued existens to it's owner, Nightmare.

But he was not going to let the chaos caused by the other inhabitants to get in the way of his plans. They might even be an asset to the first plan on his list. Geno looked his list with a smirk, at least one of them had to work, and first on the list was:

Spin the Bottle.

It would not be to hard to manipulate who it landed on, blue magic had it's uses outside of battle.
All he had to do was convinced the others to go along with it.

Time to go ask Horror, Killer and Dust.

Timeskip

Everything was prepared.

Nightmare's henchmen trio had successfully dragged Nightmare and Error into the game. It had been surprisingly easy to get them to play along. It was finally Error's turn to spin and Geno prepared himself to use blue magic to make it stop on Nightmare, completely ignoring the fight that had broken out between Horror and Killer.

Any minute now....

But just as the bottle was about to stop at Nightmare, Killer crashed into Nightmare and ended up taking Nightmare's spot.

Geno face-palmed and ignored the escalating chaos around him as Error kissed Killer on the cheek before teleporting away out of embarrassment. He did not even react when Nightmare went on a rampage trying to kill Killer.

'Well, if you don't succeed the first time, try again.'

Timeskip

Geno impatiently tapped his foot against the ground, this scenario had been a lot harder to pull off. Convincing both parties to agree on a blind date had been almost impossible, at least it had been nearly impossible with Nightmare. He had been forced to blackmail him using the fact that he knew about Nightmares crush. In the back of his mind, a small part of him cowered at the thought of what Nightmare would do to get back at him for it.

Error had been easier to convince, at this point Geno was sure he could get his new-found brother to agree to anything. If only because Error did not want to deal with his mood swings and would agree on anything to escape them.

All seemed to be going well, both skeletons had entered the café that Geno had chosen for the blind date. The only thing Geno needed to do now was wait, and keeping an eye out for the rest of Nightmare's gang as to not repeat the last incident.

"KAAABLOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!"

Suddenly the whole place trembled like there was an earthquake going on and a big cloud of black smoke rose up from the direction of the café.

"???"

Geno was stunned.

"WHT THE H*** HAPPENED?!!!"

Timeskip

Geno collapsed on the bed in his room. It was hopeless, no matter what he did it all went up in flames, sometimes literary. Feeling hopeless was nothing new, but to feel like that in this kind of situation was completely new. How could setting up two people go wrong in so many ways?!

43 times. He had tried 43 times and the universe only found even more outlandish ways to make it fail.

That was it, it was time to give up. He might try the mistletoe metod during Christmans, but that was it, that would be the last time he try setting his brother up with anyone.
