Olive Porter is a traveler. She lived life in one universe, died, and comes back in a different body in the next. Just after dying in the Underworld, Olive is starting...
The sudden thud of Olive landing on the ground made her look around. She was wondering where she was this time. She was wondering what this place was. Now, she had a new body and a new background.
In fact, this background was not much of a background at all. She currently didn't have powers, and she was actually just a teacher at an elementary. Who was just fired for accidentally causing a fire. So she was now on the sidewalk, waiting for the 405 bus.
She stepped on behind a man and opened her wallet to pay. She found hundreds of dollars inside, wondering how she even got all of this mone. She pulled out a twenty, setting it down as she heard the man in front of her arguing with the driver that he didn't have money.
"I've got his fair," Olive said with a nod.
"Take your seats," the driver said. He closed the door as one more man got on the bus and paid. Olive began walking through the bus, and sat across from a girl that was wearing a cowboy hat. Well, a cowgirl hat now.
Olive looked out the window as she stared at her hands. She had remembered she was just teaching the kids about quantum physics and she was now a qualified genius in this universe. Well, now she would be in every universe.
The sudden stop of the bus made Olive grab onto the seat. She was hit with Dark Matter, her short hair whipping in her face. She looked in front of her as she saw an open portal to something. She didn't dare check it out, but she knew one thing for sure.
She had her powers back.
