Chapter 9

*Carters POV*

So I promised Hayes I would talk to Jaileen, so that's what I'm gonna do.

As I closed the door I texted Hayes I was gonna go talk to her, he was sleeping.

I got to Jaileen and Skylynn's room and knocked. She didn't answer so I knocked like 3 more times.

Just as I was about to knock again she opened the door. She had her hair up, she had a bieber sweater on (she is now my home gurrl) and sweats. It was fun because on the bottom one pant leg was up and the other was down.

"Carter?" she said in her raspy ass morning voice

"Uh yeah. can't we talk?"

"Yeah sure come in. but we quiet sky is still sleeping"

I came in trying to come up with how to start the conversation.

she grabbed a water bottle and sat criss cross in front of me

"so what did ya wanna talk about?"

"Um, Hayes..."

"What about him?"

"Well he really likes you"

"yeah... I know that.."

"Wait what?"

"the day before we left, when we first met?" I nodded

"yeah well he had told me he "loved" me and he had asked me out and I said no then he told me he didn't mean it or whatever and we kinda got in a little argument, but its resolved now so yeah"

"Wow"

"Yuup.."

"Why did you say no?"

"Because we get into a lot of disagreements and I didn't want to deal with it if we ever dated. I could already imagine how many fights we would be in. Jealousy and all that jazz"

"Isn't that a part of what relationships are all about? Getting jealous because you just live then so much?"

"Yeah I guess but I don't know.."

"Soo.. you and Nash?"

"Me and Nash? oh nothing is going on there."

"Oh okay. well Ima get back to my room."

"alright"

I was walking towards the door until I stopped because she had said something

"Hey carter?"

"what's up?"

"did Hayes send you here?" shit shit shit what do I say??

"Um nah nah. I came on my own"

she nodded and I left. Okay now time to wake Hayes up and tell him.

*Jaileens POV*

that was weird. why would carter come to ask me about Nash and Hayes on his own? did think he would care. I'm sure one of them sent him. Whatever I'm tired.

*about 2 hours later*

Ugh who's knocking?! Its like- HOLY AHIT ITS 12:34!!!

I ran to open the door, forgeting about how horrible I look.

I opened the door and Matt was there SHIZ OMG A CUTE WAS STADING AT MY DOOR AND I LOOK LIKE A FUCKING DONKEY NOO!!!

"uh, um hi" Matt said

"Hi" I said looking down

"What's wrong?" oh other than the fact that you're freaking perfect and I look like some time of animal.

"I-its nothing, I just look like a gorilla" I said with a cheesy smile

"No you don't, you look cute" he said laughing at my comment.

HOLY FUCK WUAT DID HE SAY?!

"no I don't but that" I said giggling at his comment.

"so what's up?" I asked him.

"Uh I just wanted to know if you uh wanted to hang out today?"

"Sorry, I can't go anywhere without sky" I love you sky but damn I hate you right now.

"Well, how about we take her to the beach?" aw so cute.

"Fine by me, just let me go ask her."

I walked over to my bed. she slept there because she was scared.

"Hey, hey sky." I shook her a little

"Sky you wanna go to the beach?"

"BEACH BEACH!!?" she all the sudden woke up.

"I'll take that as a yes" I said looking back at Matt.

"Great!"

"well need about 5 minutes?

"yeah, yeah take your time." he smiled at me, so generous. SHUT UP JAILEEN SHUT UP YOU HARDLY KNOW HIM

*matt's POV*

So glad I asked her out. But does she think its a date?

She looked so adrobale in her pajamas ahh. she thought she looked like a gorilla. Nothings better than a girl who can make fun of herself.
