Chapter 17

*Jaileen's POV*

After that whole thing, Skylynn, Nash and I went up to our room. I just sat in the bed staring at the wall and Nash let Skylynn use his phone.

"Hey" Nash said sitting down next to me

"Hi" I continued staring at the wall.

"You okay?" such a rhetorical question

"Yeah"

"really?"

"No Nash. Skylynn almost was taken away and under my watch. Do you realize how guilty I feel? That poor little girl was almost take. away from everyone and who knows what that asshole would have done to her!" I was full on crying

"It wasn't your faul-"

"Don't come at me with that "oh it wasn't your fault shit" because it is my fault!"

I looked down and I could feel him staring at me. As I was looking down I saw Skylynn come over and wipe my tears away.

"it's not your fault" she said as she huged me. I hugged her back and cried even more. Just even thinking that I could have never seen her again destroys me. Nash was rubbing my back.

"Do you still want to go later?"

"Are you sure? I could stay here with you and Skylynn."

"No it's fine, I want to go"

Skylynn let go and went back to playing in Nash's phone.

"I love you" Nash said

"What?" I said whipping my eyes

"I. love. you"

"Y-you love me?"

He nodded

"Me? Are you sure?" I said pointing at myself

"Yes, yes you! I honestly couldn't be anymore in love with you, you are possibly the best thing that happened to me, and I don't know I just lov-"

I cut him off with a kiss.

*Nash's POV*

I felt so bad for her, I can't even imagine how she feels. To make her feel better I have to tell her how I truly feel about her.

"I love you" I said

"What?" I shr asked whipping my eyes

"I. love. you"

"Y-you love me?" I nodded

"Me? Are you sure?" she said pointing towards herself

"Yes, yes you! I honestly couldn't be anymore in love with you, you are possibly the best thing that happened to me, and I don't know I just lov-"

She kissed me! She might not have feelings as strong as strong as I do, but at least I know she has feeling for me!

She pulled away and looked me in the eyes. Then she hugged me.

"Thank you" she said

"Thank you?" I said laughing

"yes I really needed that right now"

I hugged her tighter and i stood up and spun her around. Her legs were around my torso and she was holding on tight.

"You make me so happy" I said She just kept holding on.
