                                            Madison's POV

 I heard a gunshot and I held in a scream but I saw the door fly down the steps. I saw someone cautiously walk down the steps but I couldn't make out who it was. The mysterious man kept coming closer and closer until he was right in front of me. I didn't have the guts to look up at him, I was afraid of what he might do if I did. He grabbed my face gently and lifted it until I could clearly see who it was. It was............. JOSIAH!!!

 "Madison is th-that re-really y-you." He stuttered and his voice showed uncertainty

 "Josiah?" I said with the same amount of uncertainty  and he hugged me very fiercely and cried while tears of my own were forming.

 "We must get out of here before they get back." Said Josiah as he regained his composure and he began to untie my wrists. When my hands and feet were free I shot up out of my chair and hugged him and he hugged me back.

 Our hug was rudely interrupted when I heard clapping and me and Josiah turned swiftly to were the clapping noise was and what I saw was Maranda and Dayln standing there in the dark shadows. Maranda was the one clapping with an evil smile planted on that evil face of hers, while Dayln had a gun pointed straight at me with a straight emotionless face.

 The gun sent chills down my spine but Josiah moved me behind him and I felt slightly better because being close to him made me feel secure.

 "Well done Josiah, I didn't expect you to actually ketch on, but sadly you did." Maranda said as her smile turned into a frown "And now I am going to have to kill you both." But as soon as she said that Josiah pulled a gun from his pants and aimed it at Dayln.

 "Not if I kill you first Maranda." He said her name with so much venom and hate that I barely recognized it as his own voice. It was hard to believe that just a short while ago me, Naomi, Maranda, and Josiah was sitting on the couch at my house watching the Notebook and laughing at a disgusted Josiah. But that wasn't the Maranda I know now, whatever got into her head sure messed her up.

 "Now, I am going to kill your little boyfriend here, and then I'm going to kill you." Josiah said with venom and I grabbed his shirt tightly because I was afraid of what might happen.

 In less then a minute police ran right down the steps saying to feeze and put your hands up, it seemed like time itself was frozen until everything happened in slow motion as I heard two gunshots as I saw one gunshot enter Dayln's head I felt pain in my chest and I drifted into a peacful drakness that overtook me.

                                                          Josiah's POV

 No, no, no, no, no!!!! He shot her. He shot her right in the chest as I shot him in the head. He was dead instantly and I could hear Maranda scream as Dayln collapsed instantly, but I barely noticed that as I caught Madison's lifeless body just before she hit the ground.

 I cried as I collapsed onto my knees hugging her lifeless body as police started to pull me away from her.

                                                 5 days later

  It has been five whole days without her. Five whole DAYS!!! After everything just imagine what life would be like without her. Everything I did would have been in vain, but she is a fighter. She always has and she always will be. I was so happy when the Doctor told me that she was alive, but when they told me she was in a coma and that they didn't know whether or not she would wake up I was at first scared but then I realized that if she could still make it through all the torture she has been through then surely she can wake up from a coma.

 So here I am sitting on a chair next to her mother waiting for her to wake up.

 It turns out that her mom is a millionaire and that she really did have a bunch of money and she told me the reason why she didn't tell anyone was to make sure that something like this would ever happen.

 I can't wait till she wakes up. Maranda went to jail for the rest of her life. I am happy that she is in jail, now me and Madison won't have to ever worry about her again. Naomi fully recovered but she is still trying to get rid of all the nightmares she has been receiving.

 I hope that we forever won't have to see Maranda again.

                    Madison woke up soon after to live a happy life with Josiah.

 That is it. That is the end of the book, but it's not over yet, I will be making an epilogue soon and make sure to read that but I would really like to give a lot of credit for this book to SuperWoman708. She has been reading this book from the start and helped me out a lot with this book so THANK YOU SO MUCH Maranda, I really appreciate everything and without you I really don't know how far this book would have made it if you weren't there to support me from the beginning and to the end.
