Chapter 18

A day before the ball Katie spent the whole day getting ready and making her Pokémon and poke balls looking pretty but something didn't feel right to Katie like something was either going to happen or something was missing from her life. she didn't know but all she knew was what to choose to do with her love life, but that wasn't important so she got her dress ready and hairstyle like she wanted. the ball was tomorrow at 5 and she was going to look perfect for her family or Scott then it was night and she went to bed and for some reason dreamed of him because her heart still wanted him but her head said no. until she woke up screaming because she had a horrible dream about him not loving her and he had found someone else but relished it was a dream but she also couldn't go back to sleep. so she just stayed up until morning and went to go eat breakfast.

While that happened Scott was still scared for Katie, he loved her so much that he wanted to marry her so he opened a seeing eye and saw her very happy about tomorrow then after she went to bed but saw her scream. it must've been a bad dream, he wanted to go to her but he knew she wouldn't like it, he already got his answer but he wasn't giving up he was going to ask for marriage it was a little far but he knew this was the girl of his dreams and didn't want to spend a moment of his life without her. so he closed the eye then slept till morning came (in hell that means the red sun and at night darkness).

After breakfast, she went to train until it was 3 o'clock and went inside to get ready for the ball. she put her beautiful black shiny dress on then styled her hair and went downstairs while grabbing her poke balls if needed and saw her family dressed in dark dress outfits. the clock then stroke 5 o'clock and they went out and saw Scott with a carriage waiting for them. the carriage then went down very down under to hell.

In hell, they got out of the carriage and headed to the line and handed a demon their tickets then went inside and saw Scott and he came over to them "ok you guys have fun I'll be doing other things", he said. Katie and her family nodded then went to have fun well until Scott's parents looked and saw them "humans what are they doing here", hades asked angrily. "dad look these are my guests Katie and her family are just trying to have a good time like all the other Demons", Scott said, "did you say, oh this is the fairy family ok continue and have you chosen a wife", hades asked. "yes I have father", Scott said. That made Katies heart sad "everyone please listen up my son has an announcement", hades said. everyone then stopped and listened to Scott "attention everyone I have made my decision miss Katie Ketchum can you come up here", he asked. she then walked up to where Scott was waiting "miss Katie Ketchum will you marry me", he asked. everyone was in shock especially Katie and Scott's father "what do you say", he asked. she nodded with tears while he put the ring on her finger then stood up and hugged her "there it's ok", he said, "I'm not sad these are tears of happiness Scott I love you", she said. "thank you all for coming to the devils ball you may now leave ", he said. all the demons then disappeared and that only left Scott with Katie, his parents, and her family in the room "Scott! What the hell did you do you were simply to choose a bride", hades yelled. "father I did I chose Katie she's the one I love", he said, "come on Katie we're going home", David said, "no father you have to try and drag me home I'm staying with Scott", she said, "come on you are too young to get married and you don't really love him", David said. "yes I do father we've loved each other for a while why do think I was crying for a couple of days", she said, "don't tell me it was about him", David said. "it was because I didn't know how to feel about him, but now I do so please let us be together", she begged, "no and that's finally Scott is a great friend but he's a demon your a fairy it doesn't work", David yelled. Katie then pulled Scott closer to her "look David I'm sorry but me and your daughter fell in love and she's the only one I want as my wife so whether you or my parents like it, we love each other get that through your stupid heads", Scott yelled at his and Katies parents. Scott then took Katie and ran to his chambers and locked it.

In his chambers he relaxed then went to Katie and kissed her cheek "Scott I love you", she said, "you don't know how happy I am to hear those words so will you marry me", he said. "of course you dumb demon and I'm not going to let anything or anyone try to stop us even if that means we have to get married without them", she said. he laughed "I love when you talk like that, now let's get some rest and figure out this shit tomorrow", he said. she nodded then fell asleep snuggled up to him and had the best sleep she ever had.
