I growled. "On a tour with Owen." I muttered and tried to go past. He kept in front of me, which annoyed me more since I wasn't strong enough to just push past him. "I thought you were waiting for me?" He asked, his tail swishing back and forth. He was just about as annoyed with me as I was with him. "Did I have to? Owen was just being friendly." I spat bitterly. I never liked being cornered.

Feen's eyes flashed, fear and anger in his eyes. "What did he tell you?" He growled softly. I stayed silent, not looking at his eyes. Feen snarled. "What did he tell you?!" He shouted. My mind flashed, many emotions coming to me. Every one except fear. I was far from scared this time.

"Why should I tell you?!" I screamed. "You kidnapped me, took me from my home! I owe you nothing!" I hissed loudly. He opened his mouth to retort before closing it as a long, deep howl filled the air. I thought nothing of it and stormed back out of the house, fed up with him. Feen followed me, but not angrily. Actually his eyes were fearful. "Sinister get back here!" He shouts. A spun on him, my glare piercing. He didn't even flinch.

"No! You act like-" I couldn't finish my sentenced before I was tackled to the ground, the weight knocking the breath out of me. On top of me stood a snarling wolf, his maw inches from my face. This wasn't just any wolf. It was my height with it's eyes literally glowing red. I blinked, shook melting away to fear. I couldn't breath beause of it's paw pressing against my ribs.

I squeezed my eyes shut, figuring I was going to die because I was a chew toy for a huge wolf. I felt it's breath get closer, and I waited for the bite. It never came. Instead, the weight knocked off me, leaving me to cough up blood. I predicted one of my ribs were broken, but it didn't matter.

Because right beside me a real freaking dragon. It had black scales, it's horns and tail tipped in purple, it's left foot also purple along with it's spine. I recognized the tail right off the bat. There was no doubt it was Feen as he tilted his head up, roaring at the sky. The wolf backed down, but was still snarling. Feen huffed, scrapping his claws against the road.

It was blood curling. I cover my ears, grunting from pain. The wolf seem especially effected, turning tail and sprinting away. Feen turned to me, tilting his head. Why? Why did he protect me after after I yelled at him? I grinned weakly at him, now loving that we were on the same side.

I stand up with all the energy I could muster. I take a step to walk towards him before I were slammed by another heavy mass. This time the wolf was smaller and all black. I scream as it bites my shoulder, it's teeth tearing through flesh easily. Another scrapping sound and the wolf scampered away with his other buddy.

I wince, a pool of blood where I laid. Feen howled, making several house lights turn on. Two cat hybrids came running out, the one with green air rushing to me and the one with golden brown hair rushing to Feen. The green haired lady knelt beside me. "I'm sorry you had to witness this night. Here, your going to come with me into my house and we're going to fix you up." She instructed. I nodded weakly.

She picked me up and we rushed to one of the houses on the street, making it there in seconds. My vision blured and I started going in and out of consciousness, not aborbing the background. I felt her lay me onto a table and I see her eyes glow a settle green. I blacked out.

In the morning...

I wake up panting, sitting straight up. Looking up, I see the woman lying on the couch, sleeping. I get up slowly, but of course she wakes up. "Ah, your awake." She said sleepily, yawning. I nodded.

"Wha- who are you?" I asked, walking towards her. She sits up slowly. "I'm April." She introduced. "You took a nasty hit last night." I rubbed the back of my head before realizing all my wounds have healed. I looked frantically over my body before hearing her laugh. "Don't worry, I healed you." She giggled. I looked at her. "You can do that?" I asked lightly.

She nods. "I'm the medic around here." She smiles. Suddenly a dark figure rushed down the stairs, the figure who was at the house my first day here. "April I have blood on my teeth and I don't know whether it's mine or-" he stopped when he saw me. April nodded. "This is Sinister, Shadow. You bit her last night." She explained. My eyes widen with fear.

"Y-You were the black w-wolf?!" I stuttered, backing up. April holds up a hand. "It's okay, it's okay. I can explain." She said calmly. I stared at Shadow with terror. "What is there to explain?!" I exclaimed. Shadow sighed. "Last night was a full moon. Full moons are where werewolf kinda lose their coniousness and turn feral." He explained quickly. I blinked. "So... You couldn't control hurting me?" I asked softly. He nodded.

"I don't remember last night, but I promise you I mean no harm." He assured me. I sighed, looking down. "Honestly that doesn't really surprise me anymore." I mutter honestly. He nods. "Live here and nothing will surprise you."
