A/N
This is a chapter with only the POV of Angel, or Sinister. To clear this up, she is referred to as Angel with Kyi and their group only.

(POV-Angel)
I ate quietly at a table, aware of him staring at me. "Were you the one who kidnapped me?" I asked softly. He nodded, looking away. "I'm sorry. If you want I'll bring you back-" I stopped him with my hand up. "No, please. I don't want to go back there with those people." I muttered. He nodded patiently. "I can understand. I'm still sorry." He said. I sighed, looking up at him and meeting his brilliant green eyes. "Your the first to apologize." I stated. I felt fairly more comfortable around him than the hybrids. He nods, some of his Ash blonde hair falling into his face.

"I didn't want to make you uncomfortable, but there wasn't enough time to convince you to go with me blindly." He chuckled. I nodded. "Why? The Hybrids told me you guys are dangerous. That you killed someone." I shuttered. He lowered his eyes, uncomfortable. "Yes, we did. But it's not that bad, truly." He tried. I laughed bitterly, glaring at him. "Not that bad?! You killed a person!" I shouted. He shook his head. "That wasn't the actual person. None of them are real." He explained. I tilted my head, confused. He sighed, leaning back in his chair and kicking his feet up onto the table.

"They are duplicates. You see, something unbalanced the author world, creating duplicates of certain characters. Lucky for us, none of that happened to us." He said smoothly. I gulped. "Author world?" I asked, pushing my plate away from me. His eyes glow curiously. "Did they tell you anything?" He asked. I started to nod before thinking a bit. They told me about hybrids. About Feen. But as far as I could remember, nothing about Authors or writers. Not directly at least. I shook my head, sighing. "No, not really." I stated. He sighed, shifting positions to sit up.

"We're all created by an author, a writer who decides to put their ideas on paper. So far, we believe there are two, the other one already in a safe spot as we believe. Right now, duplicates are trying to hunt you both down and kill you." He explained. There was something else, but he stopped himself from continuing. It didn't matter to me. What mattered was that people were hunting Authors down. "Well, where's the other author? How do we find them?" I asked, crossing my arms. He chuckled.

"You are the other author. As we speak you are being hunted down not only by duplicates, but a deadly man known as Aurio." He said. It took I moment for me to realize what he had just said. I was the other Author. I was being hunted down to be slaughtered in cold blood. I jumped up, backing away from him. "N-No, that's a joke." I whisper. I backed up against the wall, sliding down it slowly. "It has to be a joke." I murmured, my mind racing. I could've been killed at the village. I could've been killed if I didn't leave when I did.

I looked up and glared at him, already suspicious. "Are you one? A duplicate?" I asked. "Are you?!" I screaming. He held his hand up. "No, Angel, calm down. I'm not here to hurt you." He soothed, standing up. I flinched. "How do I trust you?!" I exclaimed, my eyes flashing. Kyi opened his mouth to speak, but then closed it. "I could've killed you once you stepped out of the village. I knew what you are. But I didn't. Angel, please trust me. I'm not here to hurt you. I'm here to teach you." He tried. I blinked. He had a point. He could've killed me, but instead he carried me down here, away from the Hybrids.

I sighed, my heart rate going back to normal. "teach me what?" I asked. He grinned with relief and offered a hand. "A few moves. Something that will make it so you stand a chance against a hybrid or Aurio. For now, let's get you to your room." He said. I took his hand and he pulled me up. I followed him down a hallway, which led to a door. I stopped, rubbing the back of my neck.

"Can I ask you something?" I questioned. He stopped and turned to me, his eyes curious. "What is it?" He offered, leaning against the wall. I took a deep breath. "Whose Aurio? Why is he so dangerous?" I asked, moving to rubbing my arm. He sighed, clearly not wanting to answer that question. "He used to be one of us. He was strong, out strongest member by far. But he was quickly overwhelmed by his past and did some stupid stuff." He spat, looking down.

It was quiet for several minutes. "I'm sorry to hear that." I said, studying my feet. He sighed and stood up. "don't be. I know he had his reasons. He was my best friend, a great guy." He muttered. He opened the door, gesturing for me to go in. I nodded and walked in, hearing him close the door after me. The room was cozy. The first thing I noticed was all the books. They nearly lined every inch of the wall, most we're unreadable to me. I sighed, flopping down into the bed.

All I wanted was my family. I didn't care if I got yelled at, hit, thrown out. They weren't trying to kill me. They were my family. And God did I miss them.
