While Gavin had thought all the other dumb asses stupid enough to ask Tasha on a date had left, his heart sank as he saw one of the younger guys standing in front of Tasha by the car.
"C'mon, Price. You'd rather hang out with a guy fifteen years older than you? I can give you a real good time—" Gavin saw the guy put his hand on Tasha's hip.
"Get your hands off me!"
"Come on, sweetheart, you know you want it—"
Gavin felt anger swell in his chest as he stomped over to them. He saw Tasha was trying to push the guy off of her, and she looked pissed.
"I can give you a good time—" Before the guy could say another word Gavin had pulled him off of Tasha, shoving him hard against the wall.
Tasha watched in amusement as Gavin held the guy up. The boy looked terrified as Gavin glared at him. "Come near her again, I'll rip your balls off, got it?!"
The boy nodded vigorously before Gavin let him go, shoving him to the ground. He turned to look at Tasha, who was walking over to him. "Are you okay? Did he—"
Tasha walked past him, towards the boy who had just gotten to his feet. She grabbed onto his collar, pulling him back towards her. She punched him hard in the face, making the boy stumble back, blood dripping down his face.
Gavin raised his eyebrows, smiling slightly. That's impressive. The boy ran away, and as soon as he left Tasha turned to Gavin.
"And that is why I don't date anyone my age." Tasha sighed.
He noticed she was holding her hand, and he sighed. "Did you break your hand?"
"No, I don't think so anyways. It hurts like a bitch, though."
Gavin grabbed onto her wrist, gently holding onto her hand as he examined it. "You probably just sprained it. I should've beat his ass."
Tasha smiled slightly, "Awe, were you worried about me, Gavin?"
Gavin didn't say anything for a moment, grabbing the first aid kid from his trunk. He wrapped her hand in cloth to help her keep it from getting worse.
"I had it covered, you know."
Gavin scoffed. "It didn't really seem that way, princess."
"Thank you..." Tasha said softly as she watched him wrap her hand. For someone so tough, he could be very gentle.
Gavin glanced at her, smiling slightly. "You're welcome."

"Of course I'd sprain my dominant hand."
Tasha was staring at her plate of food in frustration as she tried to grab a fork with her sprained hand, but immediately dropped it when the pain became too much. Gavin sat across from her, watching in mild amusement as his partner continued to try and use her sprained hand.
"You can try using that hand all you want, it's not going to work, sweetheart."
Tasha sighed, using her left hand to pick up the fork. "Never in my life have I wanted to be ambidextrous so bad as right now."
