"You went to a mini trip to Antarctica or what?" He smirked
"Girls take time to get ready you retard" I say returning his smirk
"You look gorgeous red" Vin said smiling
I suddenly remember that Vin too has a nickname for me
"Its black idiot" I said looking to my dress
I was wearing a black lace dress which went up to my mid thigh
Complimenting it with a maroon scarf around my neck
"Look down" Brian Smirked
I looked down at my sneakers they were red
"Urghh !" I smile
"Sorry sorry I am a little late" said Kate adjusting her seat belt
"Little is an understatement" Talon chuckled
"Yeah whatever, lets go now"
It was a scorching hot summers day: perfect for a day at the fair. The sky was dotted with a few candy-floss clouds. The entrance could be seen in the distance and the long queues edged forward slowly. Customers were becoming increasingly excited and impatient as they took a few steps forward every so often. Faint music could be heard from beyond the tall gates with the occasional happy scream suddenly piercing the air. Closer to the entrance and the massive structures of the rides could be seen: a rollercoaster, a big wheel, a helter skelter. Below, younger children stood watching, eating their sweets and snacks. Ice creams wobbled perilously over the cones and dripped down their small fingers as they melted; some munched on brightly coloured balls soft sugar strands that dissolved on the tongue - sweeter than sweet and sticking to the teeth better than glue. Everything seemed magical
"Lets go love" Talon says bringing be back to reality
"Okay idiot"
"Something is going on" Kate chuckles adjusting the strap of her heels
"Nothing like that stupid" I say blushing
Are you crazy? Why are you even blushing?
"I know" she chuckles
"Giant wheel?"
"Maize?"
"I want to go shopping"
Between these fights about where to go first Vin says "Maybe we can go to the restroom first?"
We all chuckled loudly
We headed to the Giant wheel first
Obviously after going to the restroom
Two people were allowed in one cabin
Guess what just happened?
"Come here Lea" she screams

We are about to enter the chamber when an arm pushed my wrist and dragged me
"Hey, I guess your bracelet is missing?" Talon tells me pointing to my hand
Though it was not gold or diamond plated like the ones I wore but it was special
It was my 17th birthday present from Nathan
Nathan taught me all the unusual stuff for A Princess
Nathan was Alex's best man when Alex married Aria.
