When we got there the girls ordered for themselves and left me to get some seats. I was on my phone, scrolling through some pictures, but then was distracted by the bell. Four boys came in and they were all kind of cute. And those four boys were Luke, Ashton, Callum and Connor. Great(!)Just Great(!)
Connor walked up to me and smiled.
"Are you stalking me?" Connor asked.
"If I were stalking you, wouldn't I have come here after you, and not before you?"
"True. True" "So are you here alone?"
"No, I'm here with Madison, Alex and Audrey" I said
We'll join you so it's like a double date" Connor said
"A double date? Umm...okay"
2 minutes late, Connor and I were making conversation and the girls were back with Callum, Ashton and Luke.
"Um, how's your date going?" Madison said
"It's been great"Connor and I said in sync
"Uh... I mean, it's not a date. It's just two people making conversation with each other" I said
"Connor wondered if they can join us"
"Sure"Madison, Alex and Audrey said in sync
When we started eating, things got way to awkward till Callum broke the ice and started questioning all of us.
"So, Bethany how did you meet Madison, Alex and Audrey" Callum asked.
"Madison and I met in Nursery and then went to the same primary together, and that's where we met Alex and Audrey, and well now we're here in Hurst Academy" Bethany explained.
There was a pause of silence until two minutes later, Madison and Callum, the loudest and chatiest people in the school broke the silence once again and said"Audrey, Alex, Luke and Ashton. Can we talk to you guys"leaving me and Connor alone once again. I wonder what they are up to. Whatever they are planning, I am going to find out.
I looked at Connnor's big, beautiful brown eyes and wondered what to say to him, since it's getting way to awkward.
"So, Connor, since I told you, well everyone about how I met my friends, tell me something about yourself" I said slowly.
"Well... I don't know. There isn't really anything for me to tell you" Connor said.
"So your saying that all your secrets are revealed. Every single piece of information is revealed and should be seen" Bethany said.
"Ok. Um, I Iike running. I was on the cross country team once. And I like people who can make me smile". Connor said.
"Interesting" I said
I smiled at him and he smiled back. We were having the the perfect moment together. Ok, I need to stop. When you meet someone just click, and you are instantly in love. I need to find the perfect time to just sit down and talk to him without any interruptions, and decide for myself if I actually like him.
" Um, here's my number and... well everything is there, you know if you want it. I mean, you don't have to take it, if you don't want to" Connor said
"No. I'll take it. Thanks. Here's my number, and I'll text you everything else" I said.
