just a typical morning at the why dont we household. i've had a great time here so far, and in all honesty, i think im actually in love with corbyn. hes treated me so well, and he made me feel loved for once. the boys constantly tease me about him which kind of annoys me, but what bothers me the most is that corbyn still hasnt asked me to be his girlfriend. one day though he suddenly left the house without a word. I learned later on he hung out with this girl, she seemed like a total bitch and I couldnt stand her. yeah okay, i shouldnt judge people even if i never got to see what they're like, but too late.
"We're homeeee!" I heard a female voice say. It was unfamiliar so i went to the front door. only to find the rat that made her way up from hell.
"Hey kay!" Corbyn smiles. i stare at him directly in the eye and look the girl in the eye. then, it hit me. my enemy, amanda. i look at my nails and glare at her. i wanted to scratch her eyeballs out so bad, she's a devil.
"kaylee..?", Corbyn asks. i walk away from them, im disgusted. I walk into Jonah's room and sit down on his bed. "hey kay, what's up?" he asks sitting up from his position.
"corbyn is with amanda! AMANDA!" I tell him.
"kay, listen it's fine. corbyn still loves you, and i know it!" jonah smiles.
"no he doesn't. he played me like everyone else, messing with my feelings, pulling me in like a fishing rod. but then, they give up on the fish and let go. he's moved on. he fucking hates me for no rea-"
"let's go to get ice cream,"
"ugh, fine." i groan and stand up. i slip on a pair of shoes and grab the car keys i rented for now. jonah followed me close behind. Jonah is like an older brother to me, yeah i know Daniel is my older brother. but even though we look alike we aren't biological sibilings. my father left me at four, he was an asshole to me. he would torture my dog and i. jonah could tell i was upset, so he played our 'jam'
he suddenly bursts out singing,

cause we were just kids when he fell in loveee
jonah's singing sounded amazing, I decided to join in although my singing is terrible.

before we could finish our song, we arrived at the ice cream place. Jonah and i are nothing more than friends, and we have no feelings for each other so I'd want to keep it that way.
