i was watching the titanic in the living room when i get a sudden text from the group chat.

corb: boys, this is serious.
jach: what is it corb?
dannyboi: whats going on corbyn?
corb: someone.. took ..
noodles: took...
daddy: took.....
corb: someone took kaylee.
jach: wtf do u mean?
corb: zach, i mean someone k i d n a p p e d kaylee.
dannyboi: tf do you mean by this??
noodles: jonah where did she go after she left!?
daddy: im positive she left to her hotel.
corb: you doofus, im at her room now. that's how i figured out.
jach: literally makes no sense.
dannyboi: so you're basically saying someone took my sister? im omw. boys hurry or else im leaving without you.

i shut off my phone and the TV. I slipped on my vans quickly and took a packet of ramen cause why not. I got in the car and Jonah and Zach followed in too.

"DRIVE DANIEL, DRIVE!" Jonah yells panicking. Daniel quickly drives away to the hotel.

we soon arrive and pick up corbyn.

"follow that car, now!" corbyn yells pointing to a car. daniel starts to follow it but accidentally loses it in traffic.

"GOT DAMMIT DANIEL," corbyn is boiled with anger, i could tell.

"corbyn, calm down! we'll get her!" daniel replies. corbyn sits back and sighs. we end up seeing the car again parked at this creepy ass house.

"daniel there!" Jonah yells pointing to the house. he quickly swerves and parks on the side of the road. we all file out and surround the house. I knock on the front door of the house. a man dressed in all black answers the door.

"hello sir, this is house inspection may i please come in," I say politely.

"one second" he mutters and closes the door.

"dirty bastard let me go!" i heard someone yell from the inside. i knew it was kaylee. she was in there. i open the front door and creep it. i glance at kaylee and make eye contact with her. i place my finger against my lips telling her to stay quiet. she was all tied up in rope and panicking. then i glance at the window, it was mostly blocked with wooden boards but i could still see corbyn's face through it.

"you see, if you're gonna kidnap someone. do it well," kaylee chuckles and sits back. I had no clue what she meant by that, at all. corbyn entered through the back door.

"aw corb!" kaylee smiles. the man quickly picks up kaylee and holds a knife to her throat.

"put the knife down," i say showing myself from my hiding spot.  kaylee winces in pain as he pushes the knife down. i lost sight of corbyn and the rest of them. so it was my job to take care of this. kaylee bites the mask off the person only to reveal something Kaylee wasn't hoping for.

"dad...?"
