Chapter 9

***Triston's P/O/V***

I can't believe this is happening! If I didn't leave she would have been alive. How could I have been so stupid?! It's not all my fault what Josh said made me really ticked off. I started talking to her dad and told him everything that happened because he does have a right to know. The doctor made us wait in the waiting room which I hate. It's been like two hours since the accident and we have gotten no words from the doctor. I start pacing back and forth thinking about everything I should have done... she said she loved me but I didn't say it back! Oh my god when Rachel let the house she probably thought that I hated her and now she might be dead! no no no this can't be happening!! I just noticed that I was on the floor crying with Josh by my side. I'm crying pretty hard right now. Josh isn't crying but he looks like if he even hears her name he'll burst.

***2 days later***

The doctor said she's in a small coma and if everything goes well she should wake up. I'm so glad to hear that, and when she wakes up I'm going to tell her I love her and that I never want to lose her. I got to see her before the doctors had to take her so I just say there and talked to her cuz I heard that people in comas can still hear everything. Josh came in a couple times but not as much as me. I saw Ashley come I like once or twice with her dad and every time he would start crying or almost cry. 2 hours later I got a call from the doctor saying that the procedure went well and that she was awake so I rushed to the hospital. When I got there I called Josh, Ashley, and Mr. Hale. When I went in the doctor told me that Rachel was sleeping so I grabbed her hand and waited.

***Rachel's P/O/V***

When I wake up I see Josh, dad, Ashley, and Triston who is holding my hand which I squeeze a little to show I'm awake. As soon as Triston knows I'm awake he instantly says, "I love you Rachel and I never want to lose you please forgive me."

"Oh corse I forgive you I love you too," I say.

Then he gives me a peck on the lips. Next is Josh, he comes over and hugs me, then dad does, and then Ashley. "So what happened?" Ashely asks.

"I don't know I think it was from a drunk driver by the way they were driving then everything went black," I say.

"I'm so glad your alive honey," dad said.

The doctors let me leave an hour later. Triston me and Josh all had a talk and we patched things up. Me and Triston are still madly in love with each other and Jpsh and Ashley are dating. Everything worked out.
