Let Go || BTS x READER [COMPLETE]

17. I wish.

I wake up in my aesthetically pleasing room, the sun light seeping through the curtains. The lights in the bathroom were turned on.

Last night, I remember accidentally falling asleep with my lights on. I also remember locking my door after Jin talked to me.

Last night was a good sleep. My bed was soft and the comforters just... gave everything away. It felt like I was in heaven although... I'm not. I want to, but I'm not.

I wore my slippers and went down stairs, following the sound of sizzling and the smell of garlic, which in fact is something I love very much.

SeokJin was in the kitchen, holding a spatula and wearing an apron I would never expect he'd wear; it was pink with red hearts on it, it was sorta flashy.

"Good Morning! How do you like your eggs?" He smiled at me brightly as if it wasn't 7:00 in the morning.

I've never really seen anyone smile the bright at this time of day. Usually everyone starts getting hyped up during the afternoon, but I guess he's a morning person.

"Um... Sunny Side Up?"

"Coming right Up!" I just gave him a little smile then sat at the table, waiting for his eggs, as well as Mrs- I mean, Mom.

SeokJin placed a nicely plated plate in front of me. Although, it was just Bacon and Eggs, it looked extremely aesthetic. It looked like the bacon eggs they show in commercials or billboards.

"Where's mom?" The simple breakfast SeokJin made was being stuffed in my mouth as if I have not been eating since 10 years ago.

"She's getting changed. She said we're going out with her in 30 minutes. So eat and get changed into something simple like a tank top, cause I'm expecting her to shop for you. Don't wear sneakers try wearing flats and bring a pair of socks!"

He spoke quickly, while every thing was sinking in very slowly, I almost didn't catch a word he said. I finished my eggs and bacon and stood up to go back up stairs.

Like SeokJin said, I wore something simple which is on of the few other simple clothes I have. I never really bought anything beyond 10 dollars, basically I never really bought much.

"TIME TO GO!!!" Mom screamed from down stairs so I went out of my room, only to see SeokJin come out too.

I run down stairs not wanting to make 'Mom' wait, but SeokJin hasn't come down yet, so me and 'mom' waited in the car.

We were pretty much quiet, and I don't know about her but I felt sort of awkward. Since she was older, I didn't want to be cold around her, I only tend to be cold around people my age and Bangtan is around my age... until they changed me.

I mean, if it wasn't for them, I would be cold around Jin's mom or I wouldn't even meet Jin's mom.

I just wish I had changed sooner.
