Felix's POV

It started to rain when I'm still walking back to home.

"Shit" I cursed as I used my bag to cover my head and run fast.

Even though I covered my head with my bag, I still get soaked by the rain.

As I reached home, I went inside our house and saw my mom and my stepfather eating at the dining room.

"Felix, come join us-" My mom said as I cut her off.

"No, I'm just gonna go change my clothes, I already lost my appetite..." I said glaring at my stepfather as I walk upstairs, going to my room.

My mom kinda noticed it.

"Let me talk to him..." I heard my mom said as she followed me upstairs.

"Felix, that's so disrespectful-" I cut my mom off.

"So? He's not even my real father anyway..." I said throwing bag on my bed.

"Felix, even though he's not your real father. You still have to treat him like he is!" My mom shouted at me.

"Well, I don't think I can still treat him like my father since you broke our promise!" I shouted back.

Did I forget to mention?

-Flashback-

"Why do you need to go?" I asked my mom.

"Somewhere..." She said to me.

"What somewhere?" I asked my mom.

"Just somewhere..." My mom said, getting annoyed.

My mom hurriedly pick up her bag and left the house.

I look at my window to see mom talking to another guy.

The one who talked to my father when he's still alive.

-End Of Flashback-

"Do you think I don't know what's happening? I know that you're cheating on dad with him before he died!" I yelled at my mom.

"Cheating?" My mom said confusedly.

I always see that guy when I was young, he's always talking to my parents. Mostly, my mom so I thought that they might have an affair.

To make sure, I told my mom to promise that she won't get married again or date another guy.

But she broke it...

My mom then introduced me his new husband.

I was convinced that mom was cheating on dad before...

And I was convinced too that the guy has something to do with my dad...

I can't believe that she broke our promise between the both of us. My mother started ignoring me, I asked her if we can talk to each other sometimes but she always say that she can't...

I always feel a lack of attention from my parents and that's how I got into some troubles I made.

I blame my mom for making me like this...

I wish my dad is still here so all of this won't happen and back to normal.

"You always talk to that prick! You think I didn't know?!" I yelled at her.

"Mom, you know that I don't wanna accept the fact that my father's gone and someone replacing him..." I said lowly as my tears started to roll down.

"I wish that my father just bring me with him!" I shouted at my mom as I cried my tears out.

"Don't talk to your mother like that-" My stepfather said but I cut him off.

"I would rather die in hell than to be stuck with a mother like-" I was cut off when my own mom just slapped me.

Her eyes widen as she did that.

"Felix- I'm sorry..." She stuttered.

"I hate you..." I said lowly to her as I ran downstairs and leave the house.

It was raining outside and it became stronger.

The trees are almost bent because of the strong wind.

I don't have an umbrella with me as I find a place where I can find peace and escape all my problems for a while.

I was walking through the mini forest near our house as I heard a sudden heavy breathing of a girl.

I got scared because of that.

"Who's there?" I said looking around as I get soaked by the rain.

I decided to be a brave guy and follow where that noise is coming from.

"Hello?" I said as I slowly walk towards the direction of it.

I heard the heavy breathing of a girl get louder as I take steps closer to the direction.

"Hello?" I said again as I trip onto something and fell forward to the ground as I heard a girl's scream.

I got startled as I turned around and right in time when the lightning strikes.

The lightning gave a quick small amount of light as it gave me time to see a girl's face.

The girl got startle when she saw me. I can sense her backing away from me as the rain gets louder and stronger.

I can hear her cry so I decided to help her.
