Felix's POV

I heard my stepdad coming downstairs so I grab Y/N's wrist and hid behind the counter.

"Ssshhh..." I said to her as we stayed quiet.

"Why are there cookies here?" I heard my stepfather said.

There was a short silence until my stepdad spoke again.

"They're too sweet for my liking...who even made this?" My stepdad said.

"Weird, my wife is still asleep...Felix?" I heard my stepdad said.

"Felix? Are you there?" My father said, calling for me.

"Felix? Did you make these cookies?" My father asked.

"Should I or no?" I asked myself.

"Felix?" I heard my father said as he went to the living room to look for me as I get out behind the counter and go to the table where the cookies are.

I look at Y/N and gave me thumbs up as we heard my stepdad coming.

"Felix, there you are..." My stepdad said.

"Of course, where else could I be..." I said disrespectfully.

"You still have that attitude" My stepdad said.

"I don't even care anymore, you have your own life and I have my own so fuck off..." I said to him as I went back upstairs.

I look back to see Y/N hiding from my father but she gave me a thumbs up that she'll be okay.

I gave her a smile before going back to my room.

Y/N's POV

"Is Felix not gonna eat this anymore?" Felix's stepfather asked.

"Well, I don't like these stuff in my house..." I heard him said as I peek to see him throwing my cookies away.

No...

"That should do..." He said.

"But that's for-" I said before I covered mouth.

"Huh? Who's there?" Felix's stepfather said and turned around as soon as he heard my voice.

"Hello?" He said as he walked towards the counter I'm behind to.

"Show yourself to me..." He said as I sense him pick up a knife.

"Get out of my house now..." He said as a tear fell down my eye.

The monsters...

They're back...

"F-felix...?" I said lowly as his stepfather heard me.

"What do you want from my son?!" He said as he looks aroundmprepared himself.

I sense him walking towards behind the counter as he heard my quiet sob.

"Hello?" He said as I decided to recharge my power.

"C-c'mon....hurry up..." I mumbled to myself as I sense him getting near me.

"Hello?" He said as he checked behind the counter at the same time with me teleporting back to Felix's room.

"Felix!" I said as I saw him pacing back and fourth.

I ran up to him and hug him tight.

"What happened?" Felix said as he hugged me back and look at me in the eyes.

"I-I got scared...really scared..." I said to him as he hugged me.

"I-It's okay..." He told me.

"The monsters will not bother you again, I'm right here..." He said to me.

"Did my father caught you?" He asked me and I shake my head.

"That's good" He said to me as he gets something out of his drawer.

"I have something to give you..." He told me.

He brings out a silver bracelet.

"What's that for?" I asked him.

"This is my bracelet, but since I'm not using it, it's yours now" He said to me as he helped me wear the bracelet on my wrist.

"It's beautiful..." He said to me, looking at the bracelet on my wrist.

"If I'm not with you, you could just look at it and think that I'm always there for you, the monsters won't bother you again..." He told me with a smile on his face.

I look at the bracelet and look up at him as I hug him.

I look at him in the eyes before I placed my forehead on his.

We stared at each other for a while when I saw him glance at my lips then we slowly leaned close each other to kiss but suddenly, a phone rings.

"Uhm..." He said as we pulled away and he get his phone.

"Hello?" Felix said as he holds his phone up to his right ear.

Felix's POV

"Dude! There's gonna be a super awesome party later at Wooseok's house!" Guanlin shouted through my phone.

"Okay, what time?" I asked.

"8:00 PM..." He said to me.

"Okay, we'll go there..." I said to him about to hang up.

"Wait- are you gonna bring her again?" Guanlin asked.

"Uhh..." I stuttered looking at Y/N who's looking at me.

"Maybe..." I said to him.

"Okay..." Guanlin said as we ended the call.
