Felix's POV

The girl stared at me straight in the eyes as she leaned closer to me.

She cups my cheeks as my cheeks reddened then she rests her forehead on mine.

What the-

"Y/N...my name's Y/N..." A voice said in my mind.

Y/N...

How did she...

She lets go of my neck as she looks at me in the eyes again.

"H-how did you do that?" I asked her as she speaks through my mind.

She just stayed silent.

"Are you from here or anything?" I asked her.

Still not answering.

"Okay, I should probably shut up..." I said when Y/N finally talked.

"Yes..." She said quietly.

"I'm from this Earth but was born with a supernatural power..." She said to me.

"S-supernatural power? Like what you did earlier?" I asked and she nodded.

"W-woah..." I said.

"I never met a person with some cool supernatural abilities..." I said to her.

"Now, you met one..." She said to me.

"So where are you from? How did you get lost? Why you can't talk? Who's your fath-" She cut me off.

"Like I said, I'm from here. I don't have any permanent place or somewhere to go since me and my father became apart. He's the only who can make the monsters inside my head go away, that's why I'm too scared to talk and my father..." She trailed off.

"Who is he?" I asked her curiously since me and her love our fathers so much.

"I...I don't remember..." She said as I can see concentration in her eyes.

"I'm trying to remember everything about him..." She said to me as she shut her eyes tightly and trace her memories.

All of the sudden, she almost fainted as she fell forward to me.

She rests her head on my chest as her hands gripped on my arms tightly.

"I c-can't..." She said.

"I'm too weak...my vision is too blurry...I can't..." She said to me.

"It's okay...You don't have to..." I said to her.

"Why did you start talking to me by the way?" I asked her.

"Because..." She trailed off.

"You found me and I trust you. I started to feel safe when I'm with you..." She said as I nodded.

"You trust me?" I asked again making sure and she nodded.

"I will obey whatever you say..." She said to me.

"N-no...I don't wanna see you like a maid or anything..." I said to her feeling uncomfortable to being a boss of her.

"But I'm just trying to help like my father once said. I should always help the person who helped me or not..." She said as she looks down on the floor.

It sounds just like my father would say.

"Your father reminds me of my father..." I said to her.

"Really?" She said and I nodded.

"Yeah, he's-" I was cut off when I heard my mom coming to my room.

"Felix, are you talking to someone?" My mom asked outside my room.

"Shit- my mom's coming..." I said getting worried.

"What?-" I cut her off.

"Hide under the bed!" I said to her.

"Why?" She asked.

"Just do it!" I said to her and she hid under my bed as I grab my phone pretending that I'm talking

"Alright, I'll see you..." I said as I pretended that I ended the call.

"Felix, who are you talking to?" My mom asked as I look at her before turning away from her.

"Felix, please...I'm sorry..." My mom said.

"Just leave me alone..." I said to her.

"Felix-" I cut my mom off.

"Leave." I said sternly.

My mom let out a sigh and leave the room, closing the door gently.

As I heard the door close, I started to tear up remembering what my mother just did and the promise.

"Are you okay?" Y/N said from behind, getting out under the bed.

I turned around to face her as she saw me crying.

"I can feel the pain that you're feeling right now..." She said to me.

"Well, you don't have to worry about it..." I said to her as she came closer to me and wipe my tears away.

"It's okay...you and your mom will soon love each other again..." She told me as she gave me a small smile.

It's my first time to see her smile and it made my heartbeat a little fast.

Is this called love?
