Chapter 8: Stares

Jennie's POV
„Did you take pictures of us or why are you staring at your phone like that?" I asked as I looked onto his phone.

What I saw made me smile and I felt my cheeks getting red. Y/N stood up and tried to get back his phone.

„I-I can explain this! Give my phone bac-"

Y/N's POV
Soft lips got placed onto mine making me calm down. I placed my hands on her waist deepening the kiss more and more. She pushed me onto the couch and sat on my lap not breaking the kiss.

Her hands were playing with my hair while I just pressed her more and more onto my body making her moan into the kiss. After some time we both pulled back from the kiss and hugged. We tried to catch our breath and just kept hugging for a few seconds.

„I love you Jennie." I whispered into her ear.

„I love you too Y/N." She whispered back.

We both smiled when we heard a lot of claps and screams. We looked to where the noise came from and saw the other members clap hysterically. Jae was standing there with a smile also clapping. Next to Jae there was somebody looking at us coldly. I had no idea who he was but I didn't care.

„I think you should get back to practice again." I said giggling.

Jennie just gave me a peck on my lips causing my heart to skip a beat. They got back to practice and Jae just sat next to me smiling into my face leaning more and more into my direction.

„Yo, back off or do you want me to kiss you too?" I said jokingly and made him laugh.

„Congrats Y/N, I didn't actually think you would take over her heart." He said smiling again.

'Take over her heart' I thought about these words. Jennie.... Jennie Kim is now my girlfriend? It doesn't feel real, like literally some days ago I was just a normal blink. I smiled at my thoughts and got back to life when I saw the other guy staring at me from the other side of the room.

„Who is that guy tho? He keeps staring at me since he's here." I asked Jae and pointed to the guy.

„Oh, that's Donghyuk. He's a trainee at YG and came here to watch how real idols are practicing."

„But why is he staring at me?"

„I don't know, maybe he has a crush on Jennie and wants to kill you with his stares." He said laughing.

I just punched his arm playfully with a blushing face. As hours passed I decided to do the girls a favor and went into the the cafe to get them something to drink and some snacks. While I was waiting for the cashier to give me my change back Donghyuk tapped onto my shoulder.

„Oh hi, you're.... Donghyuk right?" I said and smiled.

He just ignored my question.

„Are you in a relationship with Jennie?" He asked me straightforward making me startled.

„Uhm... I guess so."

He just nodded and walked away again. What a weird guy.... I got back my change and grabbed my plastic bag with water bottles in it and got into the practice room again. I saw Jennie talking to Donghyuk and felt jealousy building up in my body but I just ignored it. He was probably just asking her some stuff about the practice.

„Girls, wanna drink something?" I asked and they all ran to me.

„Oh my god thank you!" Lisa squealed and took a bottle.

Jennie kept talking with Donghyuk as she took her bottle and made me even more jealous. I just sighed and went back to the couch. I have to stop being jealous, it's way too early for that.

After some time Jennie stopped talking to him and he went out of the room. She saw me sitting on the couch and sat down next to me, hugging me.

„I'm sooo tired." She said and leaned her head on my shoulder.

„This Donghyuk guy is weird...."

„Ow Y/N you're already jealous?" She said pinching my cheek „cutie"

She made me smile and I kissed her cheek.

„Well he asked me if I am in a relationship with you... just... watch out for him, okay?"

She just nodded, smiled and got back to practice.

After 12 hours of practice in total, they finally were allowed to drive home and as soon as we got into the car they started a livestream on the app vlive. They kept answering fan questions and I tried to be as quiet as I could.

„Oh by the way! Our manager is here right now! He's the one who won the giveaway and turned into our manager!" Rosé said in her cute voice and gave the phone to Jennie who was sitting next to me and she held the phone in an angle that all the members including me were visible.

I got so shy and couldn't get out a word.

„Oh look unnie! They are asking if you two are dating." Lisa said and smirked.

I just blushed and couldn't hide my face anywhere. We had to stop because the traffic light was red and it made everything worse. Jennie just laughed.

„Yes we are dating, aren't we Y/N?"

She leaned to me and gave me a short kiss making me blush even more. It was so weird, so many fans were watching us. I was scared about their reactions but calmed down when I saw the comments.

'Oh my god, you guys are so cute together!'

'I wish you all the best'

'What a lucky guy'

I smiled but the last comment shocked me.

'Hahahaha that guy is dating an idol?! He's such a dumbass. Does he really think an idol is going to date their manager. This isn't going to last long. Hope you get cheated on, idiot.'

I just looked away from the phone and concentrated on the streets again. Jennie noticed this and gave the phone back again. She just looked at me with a sad face and both of us kept quiet until we arrived at the dorm.

„Okay blinks! We have to go now, thank you for watching." Lisa said and stopped the livestream.

We got out of the car and got into the dorm. As soon as we were inside I went into my room and sat down on my bed. Jennie got inside, locked the door and just leaned on it.

„What's wrong Y/N?"

„Jennie.... I just can't..... I can't be in a relationship with you."
