Chapter 22: Company

Donghyuk's POV
I looked down onto the street, the height of the hospital building is high enough to easily kill myself. I gulped and started sweating.

„DONGHYUK STOP."

A familiar voice, I got so happy. She really came. I turned around and saw Jennie.

„Jennie you really ca-" Y/N showed up behind her and made me look at him „Oh you came with her, well thanks for coming but you won't stop me."

I turned around and started counting

„1, 2, 3"

Y/N's POV
My hand on his shoulder stopped him from jumping. I pulled him back and made the distance between the edge and him bigger. I hugged him and tried to calm him down.

„Donghyuk you don't have to do this."

„WHY DO YOU EVEN CARE?! I ALMOST DESTROYED YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH HER AND YOU STILL CARE?!" He screamed at me, punching my back.

„I know what you did but killing yourself is not the right option to choose."

„I lost the love of my life, everybody hates me and I got kicked out of the company" he whispered to me and I saw tears appearing on his face „I live on the streets now, my parents believed in me and my dream but I disappointed them. I have no money and haven't eat anything for more than 5 days, I'm not worth it to breath the same air like all the other people on this world."

His words made me sad. No person on this world should ever live like this.

„Please, just... don't. You know.... I can try to convince YG to give you your spot in your group back." I tried to convince him „You could get back your normal life and your parents will believe in you again."

He just looked at me and smiled.

„Would you really do that?"

I just stood up and opened the door offering him to get through it. He walked through it and I followed him with Jennie next to me and could see her smile.

„That was really nice of you to forget what he did to you and save him." Jennie said and I put my left hand around her waist while walking down the stairs.

We arrived at the car and instantly drove to our dorm. We got inside and saw Jisoo and Rosé sitting on the couch while playing with their phone. We walked closer to them and their eyes widened when they saw Donghyuk.

They both just stared at him coldly.

„What is he doing here? Get him out of here! He almost destroyed our friendship." Rosé said with her cold voice.

We saw Jae walking towards us with a smile but it instantly disappeared when he saw who was with us. He just looked at me with a questioning face.

I sighed and didn't want to talk about it when he is here with us. Even though I was worried about him being alone with Jennie I told both of them to go into my room so I could explain it to the others.

They both walked to my room and I turned to Jae and Rosé explaining what happened.

Jennie's POV
When we arrived at Y/N's room we sat down onto his bed and just kept quiet until Donghyuk decided to break the silence.

„Jennie... I-I'm really sorry about what I did to you, I know it wasn't the right thing to do and I hope you will forgive me. I swear I changed."

I couldn't really forgive him, he was the reason for the worst time in my life but I just fake smiled at him.

„Show me how much you changed when we get you back into the company. I will forgive you if I see that you changed." I said and could see him smiling to me.

„Thank you Jennie."

Y/N's POV
„So you expect us to help him to get back into the company after all he did to us?" Jae asked still not convinced about what I told him.

„Yes! What should I do? Let him die?!"

Rosé and Jae both sighed.

„Well, let's try it. I still don't like him tho."

I got into my room and let out a sigh of relief. Jennie and Donghyuk were just talking and he didn't do something bad.

„Well, let's get you back into the YG family." I said and made him smile.

Jennie, Donghyuk and me got inside the car and drove to the YG building not wasting a single second. We were literally running to YG's office when we arrived there. I knocked onto the door and we got in after he told us to get in.

I sat down onto one chair and Donghyuk sat down on the chair next to me. Jennie was just standing by my side. YG looked to Donghyuk first and after that he frowned his eyebrows while looking to me.

„Do you mind to explain Y/N?"

„I want you to get Donghyuk back into this company. He really changed and seriously wants to get back in here. Please think about it."

YG just put his chin on his palm.

„Y/N could you please leave Donghyuk and me alone, we're going to talk about this personally."

Jennie and me left his office and just waited outside. We could hear their conversation getting louder and louder and I got a little bit worried. After 10 minutes of talking he finally got outside.

„And? Are you back into the company?"
