Ashton's POV

I swear I couldn't think school could get any longer. Maybe it's the fact it's a friday and there was no practice today. I was so eager to bolt out the door and hit the hay for a few hours.

I shouldn't have agreed to go to this stupid club opening. It's going to be packed with the Breckenridge superfans of Roni Reign. I didn't understand what everyone had with her. Her music was descent and her reputation... Let's just say it sounded like all the bubbly airhead popstars out there.

What happened to originality.

"Ashton?" I looked up to see Felix standing over me. Dad was running late with a business meeting so he told us to walk home. Ayden had left right after school, but I had convinced Felix to drive me. "You ready to go?"

"Yeah" Felix extends his hand to help me up from the stairs I was sitting on outside the school's entrance.

"You wanna drive tonight or should we just uber over to the club?" I still don't understand why everyone is so excited for this darn club opening. It's like every other club, besides the fact that the bubbly airhead popstar is performing.

"We can uber over since my parents still won't buy me another car."

"I was just gonna let you drive my car, but I actually agree with your parents on the car situation." My eyes widen and threatened to burn a hole in his ear.

"Why would you, ever side with my parents?" I asked with very annoyed by the sudden hit of betrayal by my best friend.

"Ashton! Seriously, you crashed two cars in the course of 6 months. I mean I know your family is basically made out of money, but two cars in 6 months is really pushing it." So technically he had a point.

When Ayden and I received our licenses' around 6 months ago, our parents bought both of us cars. I had a black Porsche Cayenne and Ayden had a silver Audi Q5.

Two months later I was backing out of the driveway and rammed the car straight into a tree that lingered right next to the driveway when you left our property. I destroyed both a tree, my bumper and the passenger side paint job. My parents decided to sell my car and for me to share a car with Ayden. And then earlier this week we came back from Felix's party to a towed car. Needless to say, that my choice in parking spots was pretty dumb.

Ayden had a hard day at school, so I dropped him off and decided to squeeze our car into what I thought was a parking space. It was dark so I didn't realize that the parking space was actually an entrance to a driveway. So let's just say Ayden lost it when we stumbled out of party at 3 in the morning, and his car was being towed.

Apparently the owner of the driveway was turning into his driveway when he crashed into our car. So technically I didn't crash the car directly. Ask me if it was my fault indirectly than I would probably nod my head up and down.

"Hey who's car is in the driveway." I was so engulfed in my history with cars, I didn't even realize that we had arrived out front my property. I followed his gaze to the silver Bentley Bentayga. I definitely didn't recognize the car that stood before me.

"I have no clue." A part of me hopped that mom had rethought her punishment.

"Next question, who's the blonde?" My eyes followed his gaze to the Bentley. Chloe was grabbing something that looked like an iphone charger from the passenger seat. Man she was gorgeous.

"Chloe"

Felix stared at me in disbelief. "Is she one of your hook ups?"

"What? No, she's.... Actually I don't know who she is just that my parents seem to know who she is. And it's weird cause she calls them by the first names." I didn't actually know anything about Chloe. I didn't even know her last name for crying out loud. Or where she's from? Or why she moved to Colorado? I mean who would ever want to move here.
