"Oh, now that you are here I need to tell you something." She says with excitement. "What is it mom, and if it is another surprise party for no reason then forget about it, you know I don't like parties," I say hoping it isn't a party. "No honey, Liz called to tell me that she is going to Bora Bora for her 15th Anniversary, but they don't want to bring their son because he is a troublemaker. So I offered for him to stay here instead of an empty big house, you know with one available guest bedroom, it wouldn't be a problem." My mom gushes over everything. "That's alright mom but how long would he be staying here for," I ask feeling anxious. "Only for four weeks, they also have to manage their hotels while they are there," she says with a yawn. "I think we should head to bed, it's pretty late." my mom says, surprising me by saying that people are coming tomorrow. "Wait... when are they coming here to drop off their son?" I ask begging for it not to be tomorrow. "Tomorrow darling, sorry I forgot to mention it earlier but don't worry, the boy is a sweetheart," she says with a warm look in her eyes. "Well, goodnight sweety, see you in the morning." says going upstairs to her room. "Night mom," I say before I go into my room.

I wake up hearing voices coming from the kitchen. Forgetting the conversation that I had with my mom last night, I walk down the steps of the stairs one by one. As I enter the kitchen, I realize that I am not the only one there. Mom, Liz, Killian, and Theo are all staring at me from where I am standing. Wait... what is Theo doing here and how does he know where I live. Then the realization hits me like a ton of bricks. Theo is Liz and Killian's son. He is staying with me for a month. "Love your outfit baby girl" Theo smirks as his eyes travel down my body. I notice that I am wearing short spandex and a red t-shirt which I am wearing without a bra. "Leave her alone Theo. Hey Kinsley, how are you hon, still shy as I remember you." Liz says before coming to hug me with Killian hugging me as well. I always have thought of Killian like a father. "We better get going, we don't want to miss our flight," Killian says bro hugging Theo while Liz is hugging my mother, well more like squeezing. Then both parents come to me and give me bear hug which I almost die from air loss if it wouldn't have been for Theo. "Guys you are going to cut her circulation if you keep hugging her like that." "Don't exaggerate my boy" Liz replies. "Whatever you say mom" Theo mumbles. Liz and Killian left two hours ago and I'm still hiding in my room from Theo. I'm reading when there is a knock on my door. "Kinsley please come downstairs. I need you to help me with something, sweetheart." My mom's voice comes from the other side of the door. "Ok" I reply with a sigh. Once I'm in the living room, my mom comes over and tells me I have to show Theo his room that is across mine and help him with anything he may need. "This is your room and mine is across so if you need anything, let me know," I say before turning quickly to go to my room, but nothing can be easy right? Theo comes and grabs arm. "So if I need anything you will give it to me?" He asks and my mind goes back to the time we kissed in the mall. I can feel the blush rushing to my cheeks. As I looked up, I see he is smirking knowing exactly where my mind drifted to. "Um...sure but not if it is inappropriate, ok?" I ask unsure. "Glad we are on the same page baby girl." As he finishes speaking he goes to his room and closes the door. A thought pops in my head as I head to my room, we haven't talked about the kiss at all.
