Chapter 13: We Belong Together

                               Chad's Pov
6 months later

Cassie is now 8 months pregnant. She has been behaving for the most part. About a month ago I stopped locking her in the spare room, when I leave. I did however station some men around every exit, just incase she tried to escape again.

"Cassie come down here." She came down immediately half asleep and still in her night gown." Why have you been really quiet and staying in our room all day?" I asked her." I-I just been really tired lately and decided to just rest," she said partially lying." "Is that right... well its time for you to start walking more. My uncle said it will help make our baby come out faster," I said to her." "O-oh o-ok where should I walk?" She questioned? "It's a big house, Cassie figure it out." I swear shes so dumb at times.

"Maybe if I wasn't held hostage in this place I would be walking more," she countered.
"And you were doing so well," I said slowly walking towards her. "Baby I'm sorry... pregnacy hormones," she said with her hands up in surrender. "C-can I rest a little while longer, then I promise to go swimming and walk around the place." She said calming me down a bit.

I took a deep breathe, then grabbed her hand and kissed it. "You make me so f**king angry Cass, but I love you and want you to be happy. If I let you go visit you friend Amy or your parents would that make you happy?" I asked her. "Well next weekend is my moms birthday can we invite my parents over for dinner," she asked? "I'll have to think about it since your due in 2 weeks, I told her." She had an angry expression on her face but she was wise enough not to speak on it. "Come my love, lets rest together," I said guiding her upstairs.

She laid on the bed and got comfortable. I gently took her feet and place them in my lap. "Foot rub?" "Sure... can I pick our babies name, she asked? "Cassie I told you I would pick our first borns name, plus we don't know if it's a boy or girl. We will find out when he or she is born. As far as names, I do have a few I like for either sex," I said.
"What is it," she said getting excited?
"For a boy I like Luca, Paolo, Marco, Christian, and of course Chad Jr. For a girl I like Aurora, Mia, Gaia, Elena, and Valentina," I said. "I love the names Christian and Aurora babe. If we have a girl can we please name her Aurora," she asked?
"I'll have to think about it... are you ready to walk around or go swimming," I asked her?
"Chad why did you make me quit my job... being pregnant doesn't mean I can't work," she said. "You don't need to work, we have more than enough. You working would only take time away from me and our baby," I said. "It was my passion though, It made me happy.  Can I work part time after the baby is born," she asked? "Didn't I just tell you it would take to much time away from us," I said getting pissed off. "I'm sorry baby I am happy to stay here and be with my two loves, she said. "Just get changed into your swim suit and meet me out back," I said getting up. I helped her to her feet and quickly walked away.

I knew I was getting angry with her wanting to go back to work, so I left before I did something stupid. At this rate she will never learn her place. Looks like once the baby is born will have fun breaking her and trying for baby number 2. Just then I heard Cassie scream my name. "I'm coming my love," I said as I quickly ran upstairs to see what happened.

M-my w-water just broke," she said with a pained expression. "Cassie I need you to tell me where your hospital bag is," I said trying to calm her down. "I-in the in the closet...Ahhhh," she said through contractions. "It hurts so much, please take me to the hospital Chad," she said while crying hysterically. "I found the bag lets go," I said grabbing ahold of hand guiding her to my Mercedes Benz GLS Class suv.
