Chapter 11: Apple of My Eye

Chad's Pov

My love is having my child. I'm not 100% sure but she has been having, what appears to be morning sickness lately. Boy, for her to be a nurse she sure acts very ditsy. "Cassie you've been sick alot lately, I think it's time for you to go see a doctor. "Ok," she said!
"Let's go and see my uncle," Dr. Houser, I said.

We arrived to the Doctors office, we were seen quickly, by my uncle. "So what brings you in today Cassie," Dr. houser asked?
"I've been throwing up, all day everyday," Cassie stated. "How long has this been happening," Dr. Houser asked?
"About a week," Cassie answered. "Ok Cassie I would like to collect blood and a urine sample and we will go from there," Dr. Houser said. My uncle came returned to the room and said a Congratulations to you and my nephew, your pregnant Cassie," Dr. Houser said. "WHAT... pregnant Dr. Houser can you please tell me how far along I am," Cassie said sounding upset. "Of course," Dr. Houser said! He lift her shirt, put jelly like substance on her, then a little circle appeared on the screen. "Looks like you are about 2 months pregnant, in about 3 months or so we will be able to find out the sex," Dr. Houser said. "Thank you," Cassie said crying and holding her stomach! Why the f**k is she crying, the baby better be mine or there both dead," I thought angrily. "As for the morning sickness you've been having, I have prescribed zofran, said Dr. Houser. "I will have nurse Amy check you out, see you tomorrow for work Cassie," Dr. Houser stated.

We got back to her place, after silence in the car, ever since she found out she is having our baby. "Cassie I want you to move in with me." "This will be good for us since we a starting a family," I said. "No Chad, I like things just how they are," Cassie said.
"I wasn't giving you an option, you and our baby, will be moving in and that's final," I shouted. She started crying which was pissing me off. I can't hurt her since my baby is in her womb. "F**K, I shouted angrily. Let's just go to my place and I will have my men pack your things up. Come my love," I said while guiding her back to my maserati.

Cassie hasn't spoken to me since we left her place so I decided to release some anger by working out. After an hour and a half I finished my workout and took a shower. I went into the kitchen to speak with Chef Francesco. "Francesco I need a special dinner for Cassie, I'm ready to purpose to her," I told him. "Ah that sounds like a brilliant Ideal sir, would you like me to place the ring in the dessert," he asked? "No, I would like to do that part on my own," I said. "Yes I see, I will have dinner ready, right away sir," Francesco said. "Great, I will be down in 2 hours," I said.

I went upstairs, to check on Cassie. She was on her phone talking. I stayed by the door ease dropping when she told the person, she was pregnant. I smiled at her. For the first time she seemed genuinely happy. I walked in and kissed her. She smiled and asked what was that for. "I love you Cass," I said kissing her again longer. "I love you too, baby I'm starving, can we go out to eat," she asked? "Actually Francesco made us a meal, why don't you take a bath," then get dressed and meet me in my media room my love.
"I hope he made dessert, I been craving sweets," she said. "Don't worry Cass, I will make sure dessert is served go get in the bath my love."

She met me in the media room after her shower. Come on baby dinner is ready, I took her hand and kissed it. Once we entered she glanced at the spread and was in awe. "I love it baby... the food smells so good!" She exclaimed. We began eating and I stood up and made me way over to her. "Cassie, even though we only been together for a short time, I realized you are the only one for me." I got down on one knee and took the ring out of my pocket... Cassie will you marry me? She looked a mix between scared and shocked but she said yes. I stood up and hugged her. I love you so much baby you have made me complete. Let's finish eating my love.
