Applejack's POV: (I'm trying to incorporate all of the mane six's povs into this story...)

I noticed that when I went to sleep last night, Mac didn't come back in the house. I sleepily galloped over to his room to see if I was mistaken, but I was right. That stallion was off somewhere, whether it be with Fluttershy, or I don't know where else.

I walked out of his room, and back into mine to get ready for today. I grabbed a brush and started brushing through my blond mane and tail. I heard my stomach growl for breakfast, so I quickly finished and cantered over to the kitchen.

We had apple pastries from yesterday, such as dumplings, fritters, little pies, and also fresh apples from apple season. I grabbed one of the red juicy apples, one that Artea probably bucked yesterday, and wondered how she's doing.

Pinkie Pie's POV: (wow. random.)

I'm almost done with my party for Fluttershy and Mac! Its going to in town square tonight, and everyone is invited! And at the end, there's going to be a HUGE suprise for Artea! I JUST LOVE SUPRISES!

Oh, I'm so excited! And my newest and latest invention will make this so easy! All I have to do is fill it up with party supplies, and KABOOM! Everything gets done super dooper looper quick! I thought.

I was filling up my party cannon, which was my invention, and I suddenly got really hungry. I was in Sugarcube Corner, so I just grabbed one of my extra Pinkielicious cupcakes and gobbled it down.

"Gosh... that was good..." I mumbled as I finished my cupcake. I can't believe Artea didn't know what a cupcake was! Cupcakes are my life! Or after partying anyway.

She never told me and Sandy where she came from either. I guess that place never had cupcakes! It musn't have been very fun there. I wonder if they had parties... Maybe Artea could go visit, AND SHE COULD BRING ME WITH HER! WE COULD THROW OUR OWN WELCOMING PARTY! WITH CUPCAKES! Then I could meet Artea's family, and see where she lived, and eat cupcakes...

I broke myself from my daze and continued my work. I put a bunch of apple fritters and pitchers of apple cider in the cannon, and got those things that when you open it up, it looks like an apple!

*like, those things they have at parties that usually end up looking like 3d fruit. And it has a pattern because of the way its made. Its made of paper or something... I really don't know... I've never had a party. SHHHH! DON'T TELL PINKIE!~sand*

What else do I need?... Well, there's also the stuff for Artea's suprise, but I'll just get that stuff and fire the cannon at the end. HER SUPRISE IS GOING TO BE AWESOME! I CAN'T WAIT! There has to be streamers, and cupcakes, and cupcakes, and oh yeah... cupcakes.....

Artea's POV:

I woke up not knowing where I was, AGAIN. Why does this keep happening to me, I thought as I slowly sat up and rubbed my eyes open.

I was really warm, and when I looked around, I was in my barn. Hmph.

I started to get up when I heard a snore, and I froze. Who is here besides me? I shakily thought. I heard the snore again and looked down. I was on top of a red figure, a very familiar figure...

The figure opened his green eyes. They instantly locked on mine and widened.

I freaked and jumped off him, landing on all fours. Dancing made me nimble.

"Uh... um... Hi." I greeted Big Macintosh as he sat up and I blushed my cheeks off.

"Goodmorning." He said with a small smile. He blinked a couple times and looked around. I guess he had almost forgotten where he was too.

"Did I fall asleep on you or something...?" I asked him as I blushed even more.

"Eeyup. I was tired and was trying to lay you down here, but I fell asleep myself. Sorry." He blushed a cute pink, and turned away at his last word.

"Its okay. At least we both got to sleep comfortably." I smiled at him. He WAS really comfy, and nice and warm too.

"Okay. Well I should be going then." He stood up and brushed himself off. He started to walk over to my doors, but I ran over to him and suprised him. With a hug.

"Th-thank you Big Mac. I really appreciate you helping me yesterday, and bringing me here." I said as I hugged him around the neck.

"No problem. Any decent pony would've done the same." He looked at me and smiled awkwardly. I let go of him and blushed. He was such a handsome stallion... too bad he's taken. I kinda like him a little.

"Bye Mac." I said as I waved goodbye to him as he opened my barn doors. He smiled and waved back at me.

"See you later." He trotted off to wherever he was going, leaving me in my barn alone. I closed my barn doors with a squeak, and ran over to my bed and jumped into it. I landed in the soft hay and sighed.

I've never felt feelings like this for anyone. I mean, how could I? I didn't even know anyone back home. It feels... nice though... I wonder what it would feel like if he liked me too...

I sighed again and stretched out my legs and wings. When is Rainbow Dash going to give me those lessons?

I flapped my wings a little, then got out of bed and attempted to teach myself. I flapped a couple times, not at my hardest, and got nowhere fast.

I stretched them out to full length, looking at every pink feather. My wings really are kind of amazing. They're much bigger than Rainbow Dash's, and also Fluttershy's.

I flapped them down again, hard. I felt a little lift in my body. I cracked a smile and tried again, except multiple times. I flapped and flapped and flapped, my wings slicing through the stale air of my barn. I eventually got off the ground, and relaxed a little. Once I was already up, I didn't have to flap as hard.

How do I move though? I thought to myself. Maybe if I lean....

I leaned forward slightly, and my body followed. I started slowly flying forward, and I stopped again and just hovered. I was already a bit winded, so I slowed my flapping to a stop as I gracefully lowered to the ground.

I was breathing almost heavily, and some sweat had formed on my forehead. I wiped it off and looked my wings again, and I noticed something weird.

The tips of my wings, they had a small speck of green on them. Like, every feather did actually. My eyes widened as I examined each feather again carefully. I'm not crazy, they are turning green. The same green as my hair and eyes, a seagreen.

I-is this normal? I asked myself. Is it a disease? Am I going to die? Is it contagious?

I shook my thoughts away, and tried to calm dowm. I've never noticed this before, in fact, it wasn't even there yesterday. Is it because I'm trying to fly? What is it, the lifeline of my wings? Will they turn completely green?

I groaned in frustration and thought of something else.

.......

.......

.......

Jose. Where the heck is that otter?

I searched my barn, looking for a brown fluffball. I couldn't find him, until I went over to my bed and saw him. He was snuggled into my hay bed again, sound asleep. This guy, I thought. I need to get you a pond. And some food too.

"HOWDY ARTEA!" I country accented voice yelled into my barn. "BRAEBURN'S HERE! HE'S READY TO MEET YA!" I recognised it to be Applejack.

Applejack pushed open my barn doors, and she walked in with another pony. He had blond locks for a mane and tail, he was wearing a brown vest and hat like Applejack's, and he had a nice light tannish yellow coat. In other words, he was pretty beautiful. He had a red apple for a cutie mark, and he looked muscular and tall.
