Humanity, part 1

A/N : So, I'll finally integrate some episodes here, though Danny will be absent from most of them because of his own duties. But he will be called when things get bad.
Btw, Captain Marvel was temporarely the Team's den mother, but stepped down when he saw that Danny would be a better choice.

Mount Justice
October 10, 16:58 EDT

"There you go ! One apology for not being with you guys on that mission." Danny said as he handed Wally a pineapple juice.

So, yes, pretty much all the dangerous villains attacked and he couldn't be there with the Team and the League, but the GIW found the worst time possible to extract all the ectoplasm from the Ghost Zone, forcing the ghost to flee in our world. The ghost boy tried to put an end to this as fast as he could, but, by the time his crisis was stopped, the superheroes already stopped theirs.
Now, Danny couldn't help but blame himself. If he was faster, stronger, better, he could've been there, fighting alongside his heroes, saving lives. Wally might've not have even broken his arm.
All because of him. This was not even the least he could do.

"Ah," Wally took a long sip "just what the doctor ordered."
"So, how's your arm doing ?"
"Eh, nothing nachos can't cure."
"Nachos ?" Danny raised an eyebrow. Not even he was so oblivious, but he had to make up to the Team, somehow. "Fine. I'll bring you some, lazy as-uh Wally."

  "Why don't you all take Zatana on a...a...uh... a tour of the Cave ... ?"
   "We're giving a tour ?" Danny asked as he entered the room.

     Upon seeing him, Wolf barked and ran excited to the ghost. What could he say, he liked dogs and dogs liked him.
      Also, Danny noticed Zatara, te magician leaguer, and a black haired girl about Robin's age.

    "Actually, we were hoping you'd take Wolf outside. He needs to excersise. We'll join you in a few." Superboy, or rather, Conner, as he asked Danny to call him, said.
      "Uh," the ghost teen should know an excuse when he heard one. After all, he's been constantly lying to everyone since he was 14. But why would Connor lie to him ?Maybe he was just being paranoid. Again. "Sure. Come on ,boy. Let's go !"
       "B-but my nachos ..." Wally sttudered only to have Danny ignore him.

      There ! It was only a dot that could be mistaken with a bird or an illusion, but with the ghost vision and the martian information M'gann offered, Danny knew better. It was the Bio-Ship.
        So, he was right. Conner did lie. The question, now, was 'Why ?'.

       Those were the thoughts of a certain ghost boy as a certain wolf ate a cetain speedster's nachos.

   "If we're gonna do better, we need an ilogical solution. A-a truly dumb idea." Robin said thoughtfully glancing at Kid Flash.
   "Like sneaking out on me ?" a familiar voice sounded from nowhere.

     Making himself visible, a pissed-looking Phantom stood in the middle of the room, arms crossed.

    "Uh, Phantom, er, we can explain. You see, uh, we were just ...." M'gann tried to think of something.
    "Cut the lies !" Danny said sternly, making everyone feel guilty. "Look, if you're gonna go on a solo mission, you count me in too." the ghost finished with a smirk.
    "Wait, so you're not gonna stop us. Or report us to the others." Robin asked increduosly.
     "Of course not. We're a team. If we're gonna break the rules, might as well a have leaguer to take responsability and punishment for your actions."
      "Phantom, are you truly serious ?" Aqualad asked shocked.
      "Awesome !" Wally exclaimed.
       "Thanks ." Superboy nodded.
       "Wow. You're cooler than I thought." Artemis remarked.
        "Wait. What about Black Canary and my dad. Aren't they gonna notice you're gone ?" Zatana asked.
        "Don't worry. I've got that covered." Danny waved off, remembering the duplicate he made before leaving. "Now, fill me in."
