Amanda's POV

I wake up the next morning with Niall's arm wrapped my waist on the couch.

"Good morning, princess." He whispers.

'Good morning." I say, getting up to answer my ringing phone.

1 New Text Message.

From: Dani

Liam wants everyone to meet him down stairs for brunch at 10:30. He will tell you the address to the place when we get down stairs. xx.

"Niall, we are all going for brunch at 10:30." I yell to him.

"Alright, can I shower here?" He asks.

"Yeah, go ahead. I'll be in my room getting ready." I walk into my room, shutting the door behind me so I can get dressed with an audience.

"Why are we having brunch in a mall?" Julia asks Liam.

"Because i heard this place was good, so I decided to come here with everyone, is that so bad?" He asks her back.

"No, I just hope you guys don't get noticed." She rolls her eyes, leaning into Zayn.

"We have our hoods on and stuff, and teenages like to sleep in so they usually arent here until later." Liam says. Julia shakes her head and starts a conversation with Courtney who was right next to her.

"Amanda, how was your date last night with Niall?" Courtney asks.

'It was great." I smile.

"Yeah, we saw the pictures every where, very basic of you." She laughs.

"Hey, that was not my idea. Shawn said we needed to make a public apperance so Niall thought of that." I laugh.

"Well, it made front page so congrats!" Julia replies. We all contiune casual concersations until the waitress comes over to take out order.

"Can I please have-" Dani was cut off by a loud noise then glass breaking. Everyone looked around until we heard the noise again.

'Was that a gun shot?" Louis asked.

"I don't know, but run away from here." Harry says, trying to guide all of us away from here. I grabbed onto Niall's hand so I wouldn't loose him. He looked back for a second and we lost the rest of the group.

Zayn's POV

"Where the hell did they go?" Julia asks me.

"I have no clue."

Liam's POV

I cover Dani's head as we run into a store that wasn't being shot at, but it was too late. She fell to the ground, screaming in pain. I lift her up, trying to cover her wound to stop the bleeding.

"Put her down, or I will shot you too." A guys says, holding a gun to my head.

"Please don't do this. Let me save her! Please." I ask the guy.

"Liam.. its okay.. please.. I'll be okay." She says from my arms.

'No baby, i'll be here with you. " I tell her. The guy puts the gun right next to my head, I can feel the cold metal follow me every inch I moved.

"Put her down or I will shoot you." He gets the gun loaded.

"Li, your fans need you. Please, go." She chokes out, her breath shortening.

"Your gonna be okay." I kiss her lips, before placing her hand on her wound. "Put pressure on it, okay? I'll be back for you, I promise. I love you." I step away from her.

"Walk forward and sit on the bench right there." The guy tells me. I sit down, and he hand cuffs my hands. The bench is only a few feet away from where Dani is laying. He leaves to go to another store to look for other people while I watch Dani struggle for air.

Louis's POV

I lost everyone else when the third shot was fired. I tried texting them but they aren't answers ther phones. I ran into this girl who was going towads the shooting and guided her away towards the nearest exit. I think I am the only one who made it out of the building, but I have no clue. I hope everyone is okay. I thought about calling 911 one but everyone else who mad eit out has already called them. I pace around the line where the polie say its not safe for us anymore.

"Hey." the girl i saved, says to me.

"Hi." I reply.

"Your friends will be okay." She says.

"I hope so, I really hope."

Liam's POV

Its been 12 minutes since they left. Its not quiet in the mall I can hear Dani's breathe. Its becoming shortrer over time. I feel tears run down my cheeks.

"Baby, I love you so much. I am so sorry for this." I call to her. " I didn't mean for any of this. Please hold on as long as you can. I love you so much babe. Please don't stuggle to hold on for me."

"Li.." I hear her faintly.

"yes baby, I am here." I reply.

"I love you too."

Louis's POV

"Its been a goddamn half and hour! How do we not know anything yet!" I yell at the police.

"Sir, please calm down." he tries to restrain me.

"If any of my friends get hurt, you will have a law suit on your hands!"

'Oh yeah, and why is that?"

"Because 4/5 of One Direction and their girlfriends are in that building." I take off my hand and glasses. His eyes go wide, picking up the radio really fast, saying some police shit into it. I uaually don't play the fame card but now just seems like a good time.

Liam's POV

"Okay, we are moving you to the room with the others c'mon." a different guy says, holding a different gun. I don't say anything, I just keey my eyes on Dani. Her stomach is barely moving now, and her eyes are shut. They undo the hand cuffs and pull me across the place into a Forever 21.
