My girlfriend and I live in the U.K. and we agreed ages ago that if Fleetwood Mac announce a tour we are going to travel to America to see them. Even though they are likely to come to the U.K. anyway, we have always wanted to see them perform in the US. We have already spent hundreds of pounds for the flights and hotel so I thought "sod it", and bought 2nd row seats for the NYC show.
I always joke that I would throw my underwear at Stevie when I get the chance but obviously I don't want to actually go through with it. I want to try and give Stevie a present, something a bit different, something she might actually appreciate. I'm good at drawing and people always request family portraits but my motivation for those is pretty much non existent. I only like to draw people who I love or who I'm a big fan of. Maybe I could draw a portrait of Tom Petty! I have only recently became a big Tom Petty fan after seeing him headline Hyde Park, and Stevie was there too. It was their last performance together. Maybe I'll draw a photo of them 2 together from that show. I hope this gets Stevie's attention...
